Location dans une belle région mais qui pourrait être mieux entretenue

Appartement avec une vue splendide et une terrasse tres agréable. Piscine calme et très appréciable. Emplacement au calme si les voisins ne font pas la fete( pas de Clim ou ventilo donc les fenêtres restent ouvertes! ) entretien des équipements et communication avec l’agence laisse à desier( une application qui sert d’outils, pas d’état des lieux d’entrée, caution restituée très tardivement sans être tenu informé, un petit frigo pour 4 avec le porte bouteille cassé sans que l’agence ne fasse quoi que ce soit. Obligation de faire des courses presque tous les jours à cause du petit frigo cassé sauf que ce n’est pas à côté. Leur réponse. Au mois d’août c’est compliqué!. l’agence laisse à désirer. Un

Belle vue mais appartement mal entretenu

Appartement ayant une très belle vue, extérieur agréable mais propreté de l’appartement toute relative ( odeur de moisissures dans tous les placards ) , porte de la salle de bain ( qui est aussi celle des toilettes! ) qui reste ouverte car le gond de la porte est cassé . Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas en arrivant!
