This is a stunning new house with spectacular sea views which can also be enjoyed from the infinity pool.
Each floor of the house is designed to be occupied as a separate dwelling.
Laundry area on the ground floor with the remainder of the accommodation arranged over three further floors all accessed by a lift.
The main accommodation is on the third floor to take full advantage of the views.

Gorgeous view in luxury

From the first minute very reliable property management ,all my emails has been answered and everything went smoothly. The property is on the hill , is a steep walk up to the house but believe me it’s worth every steps . We were overwhelmed with the arrangements of the interior. It fits 9 people’s easily. The pool contains salt water and is a million dollars view up there. Best coffee in the entire Begur it was made by the coffee machine in the house. My 7 years old Nephew never wanted to go home once our holiday was over.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit Einschränkungen

Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen und bietet einen tollen Blick über das Meer. Wir waren unter dem Strich zufrieden, es gab aber doch ein paar Kritikpunkte: Von der Terrasse dringt Wasser in das darunter liegende Stockwerk ein und hat dort einen großen Fleck an der Decke hinterlassen. Das Tropfwasser haben wir in einer Schüssel aufgefangen. Beim Check-In hat uns niemand darüber informiert. Auf unsere Meldung hin wurde gesagt, das sei bekannt. Einige Türen haben schlecht geschlossen. Zum Beispiel haben der Schließmechanismus der Türe zum WC im Obergeschoss sowie der Schiebetüre zur Terrasse während unseres Aufenthalts ganz versagt. Auf unsere Meldung hin wurde sofort reagiert, aber auch hier wurde uns gesagt, dass das Problem bekannt sei. Eine Information vorab gab es nicht. Wir wurden erst beim Check-In informiert, dass die Zufahrt zum Haus nicht benutzt werden kann, da diese extrem steil und schmal ist. Das Auto musste während der Zeit auf der Straße geparkt werden.

Maison et vue très agréables

Le séjour s'est très bien passé le logement est agréable et la vue remarquable. Un plus pour les différents étages independants et facilité de la procédure d'arrivée et de départ. Très bon accueil de l'agence je recommande.

Une villa extraordinaire, un panorama fabuleux dans un cadre très reposant.

La villa offre un panorama fabuleux, et des prestations de très belle facture. L'orientation permet de bénéficier du soleil levant et couchant la distribution sur trois niveaux permet une belle intimité pour chacun des occupants, tout en offrant des zones communes, repas, piscine, et spa. Un séjour fabuleux.

Wonderful House!

We spent a wonderful week in the house. The equipment and the view is five stars. All three apartments can be inhabited separately, so that you are bothered. the equipment is at the highest level and very tasteful. we can only recommend the house. As described, the driveway can’t be used with a car - planning mistake. Everything has to be brought upstairs - in the house is an elevator. We will be back.
