Discover this great vacation home in Trézélan, a typical village in the department of Côtes d'Armor in Brittany.

It is located 20 km from the sea. This beautiful house has been superbly restored, nestled in a huge green garden with many flowers and plantations, adorned with an orchard and an arbor. You will also find a lounge and a small pond with goldfish and finally downstairs a small chicken coop.

The interior is welcoming, comfortable and tastefully chosen. It is a magical place well suited for invigorating country vacations and golf enthusiasts, as the golf course is only 1 km away.

Trézélan belongs to the canton of Bégard, where there are no less than 19 routes for walks and hikes - by bike, mountain bike or on foot!

This beautiful region is full of unmissable sights. You are only 18 km from Guingamp, 30 km from Perros-Guirec and 26 km from Paimpol. Visit the Île-de-Bréhat, 34 km away: After a 10-minute boat ride from Ploubazlanec, discover this splendor of pink granite on a 9.5 km coastal path.

In the surrounding area, you can enjoy various activities such as fishing and canoeing.

Don't miss Tonquédec, 15 km away, dominated by its magnificent 12th century castle with its 11 towers, dungeons and drawbridges and an important religious heritage.
