We really enjoyed our stay in the appartment annex. I only knocked a couple of stars off 'condition and facilities' as there wasn't any coffee in the room, one of the bathroom cupboard panels was loose, a net curtain in the bottom bedroom kept falling down and the outside terrace light didn't work. Also, the hotel hadn't automatically reserved a parking place for us and our stay was the middle stop of a drive from the south of France back to England. I think if this isn't done automatically, guests should be asked as parking is not easy in the centre of Beaune. The free car park we were told to go to, conveniently located opposite the appartment, was full so, we had to wait until someone left. This is also the reason for knocking one star off the otherwise excellent 'staff and service'. But, that said, apart from the slightly tricky onboarding process, we really enjoyed our stay and now we know to ask for parking in advance, we would stay again.

Not the place for me! Terrible customer service! Booked my room 2 months in advance but when i arrived they told me i had to stay at their annex, which was down the street. I reserved parking for 8 euros per day. But they told me to park in the public parking across from my building. The annex was nice, but i had to carry three bags up a winding staircase through a maze of hallways and a few more stairways. The room was nice, and i guess you get what you pay for. Sorry to be so negative.

Very Disappointing stay in La Cloud de la Paix

We stayed at this hotel in early December and loved it - we stayed in the main hotel and had parking underneath the hotel. Therefore we booked again only to be put in what I'd call the 'delapidated wing' of the hotel. This is nowhere near the hotel has quite a lot of peeling paint and rust on the stairs, dirty carpets, poor decoration, very unappealing room, all in all extremely disappointing. When we asked to change rooms we were told nothing else available. No prior notice that it was different from before either - didn't seem to care! Needs updating and painting immediately.

Good location to get to the Gare station. Nice hotel but no lift. The nice manager helped us get the luggage up the stairs. Close to a square full of restaurants. Good breakfast. Good room for four people.

Very lovely hotel. The hotel accommodated our 3-person party. A very short walk into the beautiful city of Beaune. The hotel has a very homey feel about it. The Hotel and breakfast come very much recommended.

No single beds only double sofa bed 5th and 6th

Good option but the apartment does not have 2 doubles and 2 singles. It is 2 doubles and a double sofa bed. Fine but teenage kids had to share As fully booked were unable to provide a rollaway but did knock 10% off as a gesture.

We'd stay again

Lots of stairs and windy hallways to get to room. But, room was comfortable, small, and warm. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure was great. Staff was friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had info about the city. Breakfast was very good. Centrally located between city center and train station.
