I would give 0 stars if i could. We stayed here for 2 nights and both nights in 2 different rooms..it was a complete nightmare. Not only did the front desk call us multiple times prior to coming to make sure what time we'd be there because the "night front desk clerk would not be in" this shouldve been the 1st red flag, 2. the rooms were DIRTY. The floor were sticky, crumbs all over the floor, insects everywhere! We killed 3 spiders and roaches throughout the rooms. The bed sheets had stains, hair and what looked like dried blood on them, the TV remotes were missing buttons, duck tape on the walls, no soap or shampoo in bathroom area. We stayed here out of convenience and price point on our long road trip... never again. Lesson learned.. We'll gladly pay more to stay somewhere clean. This was ridiculous.

Respectful, quiet, considerate, and spacious place. Full size fridge is nice. The place is tucked away but still very close to everything you may, or may not, want to do in orange. Great if you’re a contractor and travel for work. Would recommend, and would stay again. It’s not fancy, but they keep what they got clean despite East Texas Humidity. I’m low maintenance, but I had no problems, and if I did, I know they would get it sorted. Cheers.

Something the management was cooking smelled horrible, the toilet was dirty, floors dirty. Used excessive amounts of caulking to fill gaps in bathroom instead of just fixing the problems. Front door dudnt shut all the way.
