Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Put in laundry room in hamper in front of washing machine please. As well as sheets from beds that are used.
Place all trash in trash bags and put in trash can outside garage door. All trash must be bagged, or garbage man will not pick it up.
Make sure garage door is closed, patio door is locked and has wood pole in door slide area, close front door and press lock button.

Our host was wonderful to communicate with. The condo was excellent for our Beaumont stay to visit family. Great stay for pet friendly accommodations. Be prepared to walk the dog as there is a patio but no back yard. Looks like some things have been added since a previous listing. No problems with side tables, bedroom dressers / closet, and there are tv's in living area and both bed rooms!!! We enjoyed our stay in Beaumont!

Nice place. Could use a good floor cleaning. Did have to wash the sheets as soon as i arrived, hair everywhere. Bed in the primary is loud. Big washer and dryer, which was nice. Great space. Will stay here again.

The place was okay and workable. However, could definitely use more furniture (ie. end table and coffee table in the living room, dresser and end tables in the bedrooms). In the closet in I believe the master bedroom they had two blankets hanging across the bars to hang the clothes.and a large black trash bag on the floor. In the other room which I believe should be a loft looking over the living room has this large plexiglass across it making it look like a viewing area for a surgical suite, which gave the whole house a strange feel. The only TV is in the living which kinda stinks. I’m not sure I would stay again if we planed on spending a lot of time in the house.

Perfect for our needs

The house was perfect for our needs. The neighborhood was nice and we felt safe. If you should have someone in your group that has difficulty with stairs, look closely as they seem steep and there is not a regular handrail. But for us, it was doable. Thank you for allowing us to stay!
