Beds comfortable. Nice rooms. Everything you would need. Loved early morning breakfast, water, coffee for those that needed to be up and gone by 6am. Friendly staff.
Great place to stay while visiting Beaufort. Near some good restaurants and within reasonable driving distance to sites in Beaufort to Hunting Island. Definitely a hotel worth considering.
This location was convenient for our trip. Nice location and lovely setting.
Great family trip. The hotel was close to historic downtown and was in a quiet area. We felt very safe there. Hot cookies and fresh coffee in the lobby were good. The town has something for everybody. We kayaked on Hunting Island and climbed the lighthouse. The historic church ruins took us back in time. The restaurants on the water have so much charm, afterwards you can pick a swing or take a walk. The candy shop is a must. Too much to see in just a few days.
Facilities were just fine, and the staff was extremely helpful. In assisting with changing the account charged for a particular room, Brandy was knowledgeable and professional.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The view of the marshes was lovely. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I do wish that there was an exhaust fan in the bathroom. In this humidity, steam is a problem.
Pleasant room overlooking a natural area, friendly staff (although when we checked in the clerk assigned us to a room that was already occupied! She corrected the mistake and no harm was done). Some renovation work was underway while we were there, so I assume it's being modernzied.
The hotel is close to Beaufort Historic. It is very spacious. Breakfast is okay for "free".
Clean rooms, good breakfast --only dissatisfied Pool very small!
Was there during a cold spell. very nice. Enjoyed are stay. Only thing, a nice fan in the bathroom.
We had a King room which was very clean and seemed nice. When we got into the bed it was without any support in the center. You could not keep from rolling into the center of the bed. I am not a fan of the thick hot comforter that are in so many hotels but a thin blanket was provided.
Clean, convenient, comfortable, friendly. Beautiful setting overlooking the marsh.
Was in town for a family reunion at a neighboring island that was approximately 15 mins. away. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was awesome, but needed more seating. Asked for extra pillows and towels and got them immediately. Only bad experience was request for ice to smother seafood we were taking back home on checkout. The desk person knew there wasn't any buckets, but failed to tell us. Fifteen minutes later, I went to front desk and he admitted it. I had to ask for a bowl to get the ice myself. I charge it to his youthfulness and experience. ALL IN ALL A GOOD STAY!! Would recommend this hotel to another person. Other family members stayed elsewhere and I heard of their bad experiences during the reunion.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Will definitely stay there again.
Extremely disappointing. Our room was retro fitted for handicapped and there was no bath tub. The shower made the entire floor wet and slippery...had to mop after every shower which was rare because there was either scalding hot water or freezing cold. The adjustable shower head was broken and kept falling down in the middle of the night waking us up. The Manager was never available to speak with us, was supposed to call Friday or Saturday...still have not heard a word. Did not replenish the coffee after the first night.
Hampton Inn delivered quality and comfort. The hotel is located near everything you want. Rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff couldn't be better. The breakfast included was good. I would stay there again.
This was a wonderful experience. The best location and the service was fantastic. The trip couldnt have been any better.
Hotel was nice. Well kept up but easy to miss as you are heading down Boundary, Look for the Applebees - the enterance is tucked in with the restaurants drive. The room was clean with no major issues. The shower was looking like it going to need to recaulking in hte near future - nothing major though. Nice limited hot continental breakfast. Staff was very friendly. Would stay there again.
i was in town for a wedding and it was in a great location. it was close to restaurants and bars which was nice. the entire hotel was clean and the staff was wonderful. if i am ever in town again i would definitley stay there again.
Beautiful location by salt creek. Generous continental breakfast with staff member constantly maintaining the breakfast and helping folks out. 32 inch flat screen TV's were brand new. Very happy here.
