Total floor area: 110 m² including the attic areas. Country chalet located in a hamlet on a slope, surrounded by meadows and forests. The chalet comprises two adjoining gîtes and a holiday studio for the owners on the ground floor. A spacious terrace is shared with the adjoining gîte, and there is one private covered parking space. Shared grounds. Shops are located in Arêches, 800 m away, and in Beaufort, 6 km away. Chalet located between Arêches (Grand Mont chairlift 500 m away) and Le Planay (cable car and chairlifts 2.3 km away). Possibility of returning on skis via a blue run. Cross-country ski trails at Marcôt (7 km away). In summer, numerous outdoor activities throughout the Beaufortain region, including the leisure center around the Marcôt pond and hikes to high-altitude lakes.
