Basement level: sauna, a bathroom (shower and WC). Surface total knockeddown: 111 parties m² attic included. Linen + household linen included. Made beds. Terrace with balcony. Soft sloping ground. Superb cottage new contemporary wood surrounded by nature at 8.5 km from the slopes of Arêches. Quiet hamlet dominating the Valley and the mountain, in an area. On the edge of meadows and forests on a full South side. Very good comfort. Lots of character with the charm of the old wood combined with the modern furniture. Warm mountain character and cosy. Large private terrace. Splendid panoramic view on the Valley of Arêches and its mountains.
