Extremely clean & roomy & ample off street parking shared by both floors. 1 queen bed, 2 singles & 2 sofa queen sleepers can accommodate 8 guests. The outside shower and grill is shared by the tenants on both floors. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING PERMITTED INSIDE THE HOME AND ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ARE PERMITTED ON THE PROPERTY. NO PILLOWS OR BLANKETS PROVIDED.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.
