Welcome to “DREAMSCAPE”, a Loveladies NJ contemporary oceanfront home. 5 or 6 Bedrooms with Bunk Area, 3.5+ Baths, and Sleeps 16! Built high on the dunes on Long Beach Island with fantastic unobstructed endless views of the Atlantic Ocean and Barnegat Bay. House stands alone on the sandy beach with the nearest neighbor over 200 feet away providing a wonderful feeling of privacy.

The new large Fiberglass rooftop deck provides fantastic views up and down the entire island including views of Barnegat Lighthouse.

House is newly renovated with vinyl siding, decks, and composite railings. Four upgraded bathrooms including ceramic and marble floors with new fixtures. New furniture, bedding, kitchen cabinets, and Granite countertops.

Garage area converted to a large 1,000 SQFT Great room with Flat screen TV, couches, two twin beds, Ceramic tile floors, a refrigerator, French doors, and an interior stairway to the middle floor.

All living areas, Great room, Master Bedroom, and Stairways upgraded to Hardwood floors with Pergo wood in other bedrooms.

New 2-zone AC system and gas heat.

High-speed internet with Wi-Fi.

Ten beach badges are provided for family rentals!!

Tennis courts are nearby within 200 feet of the house. Lifeguards patrol the beach directly in front of the home for safety.

LBI is located 30 min from Atlantic City, 1 hour from Philadelphia, and 1.5 hours from NYC

Payment Details:
50% deposit due with lease signing
50% due 30 days before check-in
$1000 refundable security damage deposit
Group Rates are extra $3000-6000.
Security for groups is $200 per person
Pets are accepted with a $250 Pet Fee
Check-in time is 3 PM. Check-out time is 10 AM.

Cancellation Policy: The tenant shall be responsible for the entire lease. If the tenant wishes to cancel for any reason, the tenant must do so in writing to the owner. The lease shall be terminated only after another tenant is secured or permission from the owner is given.
