The staff are incredible - very helpful with late check-in and local recommendations. The room was very comfortable with a beautiful view of the bay from the balcony. Parking was a bit tight, but because they are located right on the main road you can walk to the beach and restaurants easily. We would definitely stay again.

We had a very nice room on the ground floor on the beach front. So the view is lovely, The road was a bit busy at times but didn't effect us. It did get hot in the room if the drapes where open but the AC would rectify that quickly. The motel is very well maintained.

Room was well equipped and spotless. Hosts were extremely welcoming and accommodating allowing us to have a sea view room for part of the stay (surcharge payable) and looked after our bags on our departure date as our return was later that day. A great spot, less than a 5 minute stroll to the centre of Paihia, spacious and very well equipped accommodation. Would definitely recommend, but book a sea view room as the view over the water to Russell is stunning.
