Deer Lodge #2- Lake Front
A beautiful modern lake front home with lovely lawns, a great view and access to the lake. This home has some lovely amenities, a pool table, and another home on the property you can rent with this one to accommodate more guests on your family vacation!
With most of our properties, you will come to our office and meet with our office staff to receive your keys and/or code to access the property you are renting. Select homes we can set up no contact check in, where you will receive a code and the property address to check in. After hours check in will be self-check in that we will set up upon request.
All of our homes are around Bass Lake, most within walking distance of lake access or a short drive to the nearest access point.
You will receive access to the home on the first day of your reservation. Check in will be set up with office staff.
The Bass Lake area does not have public transit.
Guests must be 25 or older to rent any of our properties. ID will be required upon reservation confirmation. The guest that makes the reservation must be the one who checks in and must remain on the property with the other guests. Service animals are allowed on our properties. Please answer the following questions legally allowed by the ADA regarding your service animal. 1) Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? 2) What work or task has the dog been trained to perform? We do not charge extra for service animals, nor do we increase the security deposit. The guest remains liable for any and all damage caused by people or animal. Under the ADA, service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices. ** This property does have outdoor cameras. There are no cameras indoors and no cameras face indoors. These cameras are for safety purposes.
