Perfect!!!!!

Exceeded my expectation! I got a room not a cabin. It was perfect and cozy. I thought I booked a cabin but did it wrong and it worked out. Staff was very kind. Room had everything I needed. I felt completly safe. Every room and cabin was booked and still very quiet. I bet the firepit is amazing !!! No complaints from check in to check out !!! Hope to visit again.

Clean, nice amenities,beautiful grounds on a river. These are cabins, not modern hotel rooms. The grounds are delightful with fire pits and outside tables in a forested glen. Some older tvs and low water pressure did not deter us, an elderly couple. Would definitely stay again.

The cabins and place were very cute and in such a perfect spot. The river was awesome , and so close i could hear the little waterfalls from my room. small but beautiful. Never got to meet the owners but the place was very neat and clean. And just what I needed. :)

The property was perfect for a short getaway to Vermont. It had everything we needed, and was above expectations in cleanliness. The grounds were quaint and relaxing with a nice view of the creek. The staff were very helpful and responsive.

Nice place to stay. Would have given 5 stars but bed was not comfortable. Foam mattress with slats of wood for support under it could feel where it was and wasn’t supported. Cabin was located by water which was very nice.

The room was clean, instructions for entry were provided and worked. The only interaction with staff was by email, and that was fine. The room is not elaborate, and pretty dark. It has some quirks...many appliances on extension cords, interesting bathroom plumbing with a touchy head adjustment on shower valve...but everything worked fine, and met our needs very well for this trip. We had no complaints.

Right next to a creek with a lovely waterfall sound. My only complaint is that the bed was a little too soft for my back. Also, Roku worked but cable didn’t. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Bedbugs, avoid.

Unfortunately the cabin we stayed in (Cabin 3) had bedbugs. Discovered this around midnight and spent the next several hours using the laundry room to wash and dry all our luggage, which was an additional expense. I raised this with hotel cleaning staff the following day, who were sympathetic and advised me to contact the owner. I attempted to contact them over phone, email, hotel website and through hotels.com but received no response whatsoever. I feel I have given adequate time between my stay (August 2025) and this review for them to, at an absolute minimum, acknowledge my messages. Currently pursuing a credit card chargeback. This is a shame. The location is nice, the room well set up and there are decent amenities. But this really spoiled our stay.

Stay away!!

The entire 4 nights that I stayed here, there was no heat or hot water. The temperature at night got down into the 30's and there was no heat. I work construction and had no way to take a hot shower after working all day. Sent a message to the manager the first day and got no response. Only reason I stayed here was there were limited places to stay in this rural area and I am working nearby. Two other men that work with me called and the manager said Oops we are out of propane because she didn't think it would get that cold that quickly and never remedied the situation!! The bathroom is so small that my knees hit the door when I sat on the toilet. Stay away!!!
