I checked in on Wednesday. Was told they clean only every other day. Fine. Well by Friday no cleaning. Had no towels and trash was full! I called. Nothing. Called Saturday morning. Again at noon. Nothing. Finally by Saturday the room was cleaned!!! I will never stay there again.

I stay at the Fairfield Inn in Bartlesville several times a year. it is mid tier on cost and always clean and comfortable. The staff is the same every time I go. They are friendly and helpful.

I liked that they had an indoor pool but I do feel like the pool could've been a little better, as in a bigger area. I also feel like they need to add a rug or something when coming in from the side door as it was super slick until getting to the carpet area. Other than that it was great I loved the space loved how they had the t.v set up in our name, parking was easy (for a Sunday anyway) and was well worth the price we paid recommend.
