Reverse living with an elevator from the ground level 2 car garage, The kitchen, dining area and living room boasts an open floor plan and deck overlooking the bay. 3 decks, including a rooftop deck and perfect views of the Barnegat Lighthouse. 3 bedrooms all with queen beds, the master bedroom has it s own private bath. There is an additional full bath in the hallway. Lower level den has a pull out sofa bed and a TV, can be used as a 4th bedroom. Laundry room with washer and dryer on lower level. All new bedding and brand new flooring on 2nd level. All utilities are included with the rental, including WIFI and HBO. Please reference listing #139461 when inquiring about this property.
