Very clean and comfortable place, little tricky to complete pre registration but once done all good. Close to station for the day trips and short 15min walk to the old town.

Not Happy

We were very disappointed in the service . We informed them we would be late arriving ( after services closed) due to change of flight .when w E arrived , no key , no code to get a key , nothing . Several text messages went unanswered, phone calls went to an answering machine. Finally we had to find other accommodation at midnight . Next morning no reply from them until after midday when. By then we had booked elsewhere. We. Expect a full refund for this debacle. The Agency concerned ( based in Milan we were told ) should have an emergency help line in place for these situations. A very poor effort . Regards Jan & John Heldoorn
