Good things first: = very big and very beautiful garden; one can just walk around = good pool with sunbeds = very very clean = friendly stuff Negative: = some rooms are small (it is usual in Italy, but room as big as bathroom is too small for me :-) ) = even smaller TV in room, like 3' big :-( - this is weird for 4* hotel Neutral: = breakfast is OK, but nothing special = location of hotel - one can see common Italian life around, but hotel is too far away from old city = WiFi is free but speed is average
This is a very professionally run hotel. The large room was immaculately clean with a large bathroom and very good shower and good quality fresh towels. There was a lovely view of the pool and well-kept garden. The pool was well supervised and constantly tidied by the pool attendant. The breakfast was wonderful with a very wide range of sweet and savoury items and eggs are cooked to order. Eating on the terrace was a pleasure. All staff were very polite and helpful. The only downside is the distance from the centre of town (35 min walk) but it is a lovely place to stay and relax. The restaurant menu is also a little expensive.
We took a late flight to Bari and this place was close to the airport. We had dinner outdoors and this restaurant is really good, our waiter was great. Next morning after breakfast I asked if we could extend our stay one more night and I was looked at as if I was crazy and was told they get very busy so the answer was NO. By the time we went to check out we were told that the room was indeed available. Glad the person had an attitude because we checked into a much better hotel for $20 difference by the water and with a view of all Bari. This hotel is not tourist oriented so don't stay if you can avoid it, it's not in a nice part of town. WiFi was limited to 3 devices only! We have 2 phones and 2 computers.....HELLO? We are in 2017!! Room was average for the price and the shower had mold. See the pictures.
Stayed 1 night. It has nice pool area, and adjacent lovely grounds. Huge free car park although signs to the hotel from car park poor. Friendly welcome at reception. Allocated large 7th floor room with huge terrace overlooking the City. Very comfortable. Walked into the old town which is around 20 minutes walk across the Railway lines. Ate in the hotel restaurant. Very good value although my steak was a bit on the tough side. Local wine was excellent as was my husbands Pork dish. Breakfast was also very good value.
Just as great as first time. Large spacious twin room . Great breakfast fabulous service by friendly professional staff. Lovely pool area . It's very peaceful and situated short walk to centre of town x restaurant first class highly recommend........🤓
We were all over Italy at many hotels but this was from far our favorite. The location, the rich breakfast and the big area that is located on makes it a perfect place to explore the region but also to relax and enjoy the good weather. If to visit Bari again for sure i ll choose the same hotel.
We had a short stay here but it was a nice, clean & simple environment. The rooms were large & functional. We had a good time at the small but well stocked bar. Massimo was particularly helpful as he did the work of 4 people - served our drinks, showed us the different restaurant menus, took our orders, delivered our food, took a wine selection, cleaned everything up & waited on patrons in the main restaurant. The car parking facilities were also useful with location & size. Overall the staff were friendly & helpful.
The property is absolutely gorgeous. It is within a reasonable distance to the main train station in Bari. We took the light rail from the airport to a stop near the hotel (one from the end of the line) and walked about 7 minutes to get to the property. We found that a couple of the front desk personnel were a bit snooty; they didn't appear to like their job. The other two folks that we encountered behind the front desk were very personable and great ambassadors for the hotel. We later went down to the bar to have an after dinner drink. The bartender was also surly; appear to not like his job. If the property manager would let his staff know how they present themselves to the public does matter and if they are not up to it, to find someone who will. With this attitude adjustment the property would be rated a 5.
Very good hotel with lovely garden. The rooms are quiet, clean and comfortable. I recommend it if you wonder where to book for your stay in Bari. It's not very near to the city center, but it's worth.
Hotel is well located very close to the city center. Our room for 4 adults was very big. Bar o.k., but in restaurant menu could be with wider choice of meal. In backyard is very nice and big park with open swimming pool.
