The place needs a refresher. Lobby furniture old,worn and dingy. Overhead lights full of dead bugs. Hot breakfast food left a lot to be desired. Bed & pillows comfortable but bedding was poor quality. Front desk and dining room attendant were very pleasant and helpful.
The property was very nice but the rug was damp .
The overall location was great for what we needed. It is definitely a little dated but the staff couldn’t be any nicer and hard working. Bathrooms appeared to be updated and clean. I didn’t get names, but the lady managing the breakfast area was on top of things bringing out freshly baked apple pastries etc. it was a little noisy at night. Decent hotel close to a lot of eating/drinking options and just a short walk to the river

I paid a caretaker to watch my husband. I needed rest. At 3:30 am the smoke alarm started its shrill beep. I called front desk, she said i would have to drag chair over and take out the batteties. I did and it kept beeping. I called again she said maintenance could come at 8am. Needless to say i was upset,i asked for refund. She said no, so i wasted my money and I needed sleep so badly I cried.
It was very new looking, the property and the rooms were clean. Staff was great. Price was right. Close to everything.
