• Primary Suite (First Floor): King bed + ensuite bath (1 step up to shower & toilet).
• Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): 2 Queen beds off the den.
• Bedroom 3 (Upstairs): King bed.
• Bedroom 4 (Upstairs): King bed + twin daybed.

Cameras & Noise Monitor: 4 Outdoor cameras are on property and operate 24/7 and can record audio and video. Camera 1: ring door bell seeing out the front of the property. Camera 2: Outdoor patio, parts of the pool and the side entrance. Camera 3. Outside door of Game room. Camera 4: Corner of house seeing front driveway. The side patio has a noise monitor that monitors decibels but does not record conversations.
House Rules & Policies
• NON-SMOKING PROPERTY: No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, inside or out. Strictly enforced ($250 minimum fine).
• NO PETS: We are a pet-free home due to allergies ($250 minimum fine for unauthorized pets).
• NO FOOD, ALCOHOL, OR CIGARS PROVIDED: Guests must bring their own supplies.
• NO EVENTS OR PARTIES: Local laws prohibit parties, weddings, and gatherings exceeding 10 guests (including children).
• MINIMUM RENTAL AGE: 25: Primary renter must stay at the property.
