Nice three-room apartment located on the first hill of Bardolino, in a panoramic position, within the Miralago residential complex. The apartment, located on the ground floor, has a living area with a kitchenette equipped with an induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster. The apartment does not have gas, so hot water is produced by a small boiler located in the bathroom. A comfortable double sofa bed can accommodate an adult or two children, TV (no satellite) available to guests. Double bedroom with bridge wardrobe, small bedroom with bunk bed, bathroom with shower and hairdryer.

The living area overlooks a shaded garden with partial lake view, fenced and equipped with table, chairs and gas barbecue for outdoor lunches. The residential complex's swimming pool has been recently renovated and is located in an enviable position with a wonderful lake view (guaranteed opening period 15/05-30/09). Large condominium green area with swing and volleyball court. Green area used as solarium and relaxation zone. Pets allowed upon request. Parking space within the complex.

I was disappointed with the overall customer experience. The process felt unnecessarily difficult from check-in to check-out. The property only provides towels, and everything else must be purchased separately. Retrieving the security deposit was frustrating, as I had to chase after it.When I arrived, the light in the main bedroom wasn’t working, and I had to wait for someone to come and fix it. Guests are also not allowed to invite visitors, yet other houses hosted guests and parties daily, which felt inconsistent and unfair. Of the four sunbeds available, two were broken, and the pool was overcrowded due to the size of the condominium.Overall, the experience did not meet expectations.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement est fonctionnel et convient bien pour 4 personnes. La résidence est calme et bien située. Nous avons apprécié la piscine. À noter juste que le lit supérieur du lit superposé ne convient pas à un jeune enfant car il est très haut et la barrière laisse un espace de 30 cm qui permet sans problème le passage d'un enfant, ce qui n'est pas très sécurisé.

Die Wohnung war super

Die Wohnung war super. Man hat von dort einen schönen Ausblick zum See und am Abend zum Sonnenuntergang. Der Pool war sauber. Es war sehr ruhig. Bei sehr heißen Tagen gibt es leider keine Klimaanlage. Jedoch gibt es Ventilatoren im Zimmer, die ihren Dienst gut erfüllen. Man erreicht Bardolino mit dem Auto in guten 5 Minuten. Wir kommen gerne wieder:)

Urlaub mit Hund

Die Lage der Wohnanlage ist sehr gut. Die ein oder andere (r) Wohnungseigentümer (in) lies es sich anmerken das man ja nur Mieter sei und sich möglichst nicht bemerkbar machen solle. Die Einzäunung war perfekt, unser Hund konnte sich darin frei bewegen. Für die Grösse und Ausstattung der Wohnung empfanden wir den Preis als recht sportlich.

Appartamento pulito, molto accogliente e fornita di tutto ciò che è necessario durante il soggiorno e con un bel giardino. La piscina con una vista stupenda. Residence molto tranquillo. Abbiamo avuto un contrattempo con la corrente e, anche se era sera, l’agenzia ci ha risolto il problema immediatamente. Rinnovare gli elettrodomestici della casa. Wifi per chi vorrebbe lavorare in smart working.

Regarda travel - immer wieder gerne !!

Die Wohnung liegt etwas abseits , dafür mit einem wunderbaren Blick auf die Weinberge und den Gardasee. Die Einrichtung der Schlafzimmer ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber grundsätzlich ist alles da, was man braucht. Ein großes Lob nochmal an Regarda Travel für die unkomplizierte kurzfristige Buchung und die Hilfe bei unserem Stromausfall. Insgesamt fühlt man sich als Gast sehr gut betreut. Wir kommen gerne wieder !
