Olive Charme is a recently built small villa of approximately 80 m², located within a beautiful private estate of around 38,000 m², surrounded by olive groves and vineyards on the hills of Bardolino.
The estate comprises two independent villas: the larger Villa i Roccoli and, just a few metres away, Olive Charme, the villa offered in this listing. The two properties are separate and each has its own private spaces, while being located within the same large estate.
Guests staying at Olive Charme can enjoy a peaceful stay surrounded by nature and the tranquillity of a large country estate, while benefiting from the privacy and independence of their own villa. The 38,000 m² refers to the entire estate and does not represent a garden for the exclusive use of the villa.
The location offers the perfect balance between tranquillity and convenience: the area is peaceful and ideal for relaxing, while the centre of Bardolino and Lake Garda can be reached easily within a few minutes.

Wir hatten insgesamt einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die Lage – man ist mit dem Auto sehr schnell am Gardasee war aber dennoch privat, gerade mit Hund eine super ruhige Gegend und man erreicht auch die umliegenden Orte unkompliziert. Gut zu wissen wäre noch, dass das Haus nicht alleine auf dem Grundstück ist, es sind insgesamt zwei Häuser. Das ist aus den Details nicht zu entnehmen. Ein paar Dinge könnten aus unserer Sicht allerdings noch verbessert werden. Fliegengitter an den Fenstern wären gerade im Sommer (Wg. Mücken und Fliegen) sehr angenehm. Außerdem war die Dunstabzugshaube leider defekt bzw. nicht angeschlossen. Wenn man auch gerne mal einen Abend entspannt mit kochen verbringen möchte, wäre das natürlich super wenn die angeschlossen wäre. Ein Smart-TV wäre für einen gemütlichen Abend ebenfalls schön gewesen. Es gibt aktuell nur einen TV mit italienischen Programm. Das WLAN könnte zudem etwas stabiler und leistungsfähiger sein. Gerade im Außenbereich war das Internet nicht gut. Insgesamt ist es aber eine schöne Unterkunft mit einer wirklich guten Lage, die mit ein paar kleinen Verbesserungen noch angenehmer wäre.
