Great hotel, great location, premium amenities, very clean and nice overall vibe. However, when I entered my room I noticed an interesting device on the wall of the shower. It turns out, this monitors your shower usage and has LED lights counting down to how short your shower should be, and shames you if you exceed the time. Additionally, this information is reported to the room TV which shows shower durations of yourself and previous guests. While I understand the importance and desire to encourage saving water, the last thing I really need while trying to enjoy my stay or clear your head while preparing for the day is to have this gestapo like device turning an otherwise pleasantly warm shower into an intrusive and anxiety inducing rush.

Incredible location. Close to the metro. Walking distance to so many hot spots in Barcelona. Loved all of the amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop views!!! The customer service was great all around. We were there for our anniversary and they left us a sweet card with treats, which was really thoughtful. The breakfast was a perfect addition to our stay and had so many options to help start our day! Cappuccino/espresso machine available at all hours of the day. Water bottle refill available. Wine hour was great and we even sat and met other travelers while enjoying sangria!! I also utilized the spa services at the partner hotel next door and as a yurbban guest at either hotel, you’re given time in the water circuit no matter what service you use, which was a nice add on!! Highly recommend this stay and will absolutely stay here again!!

Excellent hotel at the edge of the old town in a very walkable part of Barcelona. In fact, all major sights in Barcelona are easily walkable. The breakfast buffet each day was one of the best ever experienced and they even allowed custom orders of omelets, eggs, etc. The rooftop bar, pool and views are wonderful. The room was on the small end as many are in Europe, but very comfortable.

This hotel was one of the most welcoming hotels i have stayed in around the world. All staff from reception to cleaners were lovely. They offer a nightly complementary happy hour which as a solo traveller allows an easy introduction to others. The pool is a little small and was always quite occupied when i was on the roof, but a great location to sit and read a book (whilst enjoying a cocktail). Only downside would be the lack of a restaurant for food, but there are some great locations nearby. Totally walkable location to the beach and la rambla. They offer great wifi and tvs that allow you to connect your netflix or other streaming service if you just want a few hours to yourself. Couldnt recommend them highly enough.
