Luxury Paseo de Gracia Casa Batlló
This luxurious 2 bedroom apartment is ideally located on one of the fanciest streets of Barcelona, Passeig de Gracia where you'll find the best stores and restaurants. The metro station Passeig de Gracia is easily accessible as it is located a few meters from the building entrance. It is 9 minutes walking distance to Placa Catalunya and Las Ramblas. We are available to our guests 24/7 for any assistance and/or tips and recommendations around the city.
TOURIST TAX: Mandatory and imposed by the Catalan government of €6.88 per night. This is to be charged at the time of check-in to each guest aged 17 and above for a maximum of 7 nights. Please note that, as per the new regulations effective May 1st, 2025, the tourist tax has increased to €9.35 per adult (over 17 years old), per night, for a maximum of seven nights.
LATE CHECK-IN:
For check-ins from 8pm to 10pm: €40
For check-ins from 10pm to 11pm: €60
EARLY CHECK-IN: (before 3pm) Subject to availability and there is a €40 early check-in fee. Please note that in case the apartment is being cleaned, the early check-in fee still applies and you can ONLY leave your luggage in the apartment, take the keys and come back when the cleaning is done (around 3pm).
