Everything is good at the Hotel; but the surrounding you don’t have too much option for food or activities, take the train or drive around.

If you’re exploring the city Barcelona, do not stay here. You are literally in the mountain area and transportation is very limited. However, I loved staying here and the rooms were kinda small but nice.

This is not my idea of a 4 star hotel, but the staff was excellent. This hotel is in an awful area and you need a car to get anywhere - there is no food in walking distance besides a few coffee shops and a mall that was closed the entire time. It was very unsafe and dirty. felt like we were in the ghetto. would not reccomend

This is an excellent corporate hotel to stay in if all you need is a clean, comfortable hotel room near public transportation. The staff is diligent and friendly, with the sole exception of the Sunday afternoon staff that refused to interrupt their snack break to check us in a few minutes early. This is not a hotel to book if you want to enjoy lounging in the lobby or the surrounding area -but it is the perfect place to stay if you plan to spend all of your time in the Old center of Barcelona.

In general the hotel was ok, however the AC was not working properly even that my family and I mentioned that we were not feeling on the AC, due the amount of people going to ask questions to the front desk we thought it was necessary more staff, we had a situation at night with the sink in our bathroom they didn’t have after hour technicians, service in general could be much better. The lady at the cafe / restaurant was super nice she was over the expectations. I huge thanks to her.

We throughly enjoyed our stay, the staff at this hotel are lovely! Hotel is very close to the train station that takes you straight into Barcelona. So, it’s really great if you want to visit the city but would also like to enjoy some more relaxed days away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

This property was in a safe neighborhood. We were able to walk to the store and to get dinner nearby. The hotel had a really good breakfast each morning. The pool was nice. We enjoyed our time here and I would def be back.

The staff here were amazing. Absolutely nothing too much trouble at anytime of day or night. Breakfast really nice with lots of choice however, the restaurant food not the best for our limited taste but that was more a matter of what we like than what they offer. Only negatives was the area - fireworks at night for no apparent reason in neighborhood and it is 12 euros per night to use the car park under the hotel. Perfect location for F1. We hired a car, but the train is very convenient to get to the track according to other people we met.
