This high-quality hotel is located on the key transportation crossroads of Catalonia, on the intersection between the AP-7 motorway, running from south to north, joining up with France and major Spanish cities. The business hotel is a 5-minute drive from the train station and a 20-minute drive from the city centre, the beach, the port and the trade fair grounds. El Prat de Llobregat Airport is approximately 22 km away. This air-conditioned establishment offers every comfort necessary and spacious rooms equipped with the latest technology for all kinds of business and leisure events. Each room features an en-suite bathroom and guests can make use of the WLAN Internet access and satellite TV
We stayed here for 3 nights last week. Ok looking hotel with a very clean and comfortable room. There is no bar (minibar selection in fridge), no restaurant provided which baffles me for a business hotel. They do however do take away pizza that they can call which isn't cheap! We didn't try breakfast as we headed into city centre for that. A nice looking place called Serra nearby and we did find a Paddle Sportsbar for cheap beer, snacks and football! There is nothing around the hotel as it seems to be located on an industrial estate. We did struggle to get to the hotel initially through metro however very easy to take Renfe train which is a 16 minute walk to the station and takes you directly to the city centre. Also taxis do not tend to go so far out. We did get a taxi back from the centre one night which cost €40. I would recommend this hotel only if you have rented a vehicle.
Rooms are clean and tidy with fridge and safe. Reasonable bed and good bathroom. The Services Directory in the room states Snack Bar 19:30-23:00 and Restaurant, dinner only 20:00-23:00. In fact this is the reception staff calling the local pizza delivery for you. No restaurant, no snack bar, no bar at all! Very poor from a hotel with "Executive" in its title. Very little nearby other than an ALDI next door. I won't be booking this place again.
Good hotel for business. Breakfast is not so good how it seems in picture, the room is quiet and very confortable. Staff is kind and helpful. It is close to a burger king and a lot of nice places where eat something.like everzwhere in spain
So it always boils down to why here? I'm a last minute planner and properties in Barcelona were sky high. So this worked out to about 85€ a night and that was the best price I could get. The renfe station is about 15-17 minutes walk from the hotel. And it takes about 30 minutes to get directly to Barcelona (to arc de triomphe or Catalunya - bang in the city centre without any change). The Aldi supermarket is 1 min behind the hotel and so it's very convenient. The buffet was very average with some fresh fruits/ breads and scrambled eggs (some meats too). Since we are vegetarian, we did not indulge. The downside is it takes about 30 minutes to get to any food options at all. And there's absolutely no access to the kitchen for anything barring during breakfast hours. The rooms are spacious as seen in the photos. The biggest pro was the very good Housekeeping. Was a Very clean and comfortable stay!
If you are on a profissional trip this is a good hotel to stay. It's just for sleeping. Doesn't offer you very options, but it's cheap. Also doesn't have a restaurant and you will have to have a car to go the a decent one.
We stayed here because staying in Barcelona was too expensive. This was a very nice hotel, with excellent breakfast. Our room was nice (The bed was broken though, same with the AC), but the internet was very fast and the food was great. The staff were very helpful also.
Clean, spacious rooms. Comfortable, great WiFi and good value for money. Very helpful staff too. No bar and despite a good range of breakfast - you'd be better off getting something from Aldi next door - which was free and easy to park in. Perfect for a business trip.
We booked this hotel through a travel company online. The only problem for us is that it was a 20 mins walk to the railway station and then a 20 mins train ride into the centre of Barcelona. I suppose that this is no different to many places you would stay at in London. The hotel itself is clean, light and opposite Aldi which means that you can gets some supplies although we were not in the room much during our 3 night stay. The facilities in the room are good and it is cleaned daily. There was no facility for making a drink which is not uncommon throughout Europe. The breakfast was of the buffet type and was a part of our deal. There was plenty of choice- cereals, bread, pastries, fruit, cheese and bacon and eggs etc. There is free wifi in the rooms We would definitely stay here again and if you had a car it is close to the motorway. I understand that there are buses nearby but we did not use this facility. Thanks to the staff for all their help. The beds were large and really comfortable.
I have visited this hotel since its opening several years ago. If you are Spanish - then you can probably be satisfied, but if not To avoid disappointment, do not expect 1. Evening Restaurant 2. Bar 3. Foreign Language TV All these things used to exist but one by one have been removed
