Strict non-smoking policy. Minimum 500€ fine for smoking in the unit.
No events or loud noise. Noise complaints will result in eviction without refund and possible fines from the city council.
Smart locks are used. You must have a working phone with a data connection to access the property.
Fully vaccinated travelers only.
Per Spanish law, guests staying in establishments of tourist accommodation located in Catalonia, must register. The national identity document will be mandatory from the age of 14 and over.
Please note for stays of 14 days or more, an extra cleaning at a cost of 85€ is requested once per week to keep the apartment clean and comfortable. Ask the host if you have questions about this before reservation.
Per Spanish law, tourist taxes are 1€ per night for adults over 16 years old, to be collected separately after reservation.
A separate credit card authorization may be required to cover potential damages prior to issuance of the electronic keys.
