Traditional renovated Barbâtre house, located in a complex, near 4 other gîtes, 500 m from Boucholeurs beach. Ground floor (access by 1 step): living room/lounge, kitchen, 2 bedrooms with access from the terrace (with 1 queen-size bed, shower room/WC) and living room side: 1 bedroom (with 1 queen-size bed separable into 2 single beds and 2 single beds, shower room and separate WC). Wi-Fi. 70 m² enclosed landscaped grounds with wooden terrace (garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs). A private shelter is available for storing bicycles. You will have a private parking space near the house.
Access to the beach via the forest, 500 meters away. Fishing, bike rental in Barbâtre, sailing club, departure for the Ile d'Yeu 3 km away, swimming pool 8 km away. Bus service: La Roche-sur-Yon connection, 500 m away. Options: End-of-stay cleaning: €100/stay; Bed linen rental for 1 or 2 people: €15/stay; Towel rental: €8/person/stay.
