Beautiful Country House in the Xavantes Dam, inserted in the Angra Doce Circuit, with beach, boat ramp, private island, welcoming facilities, with beautiful grassy garden, orchard and woods, barbecue, cafeteria, dressing room and annex with bedrooms. The main house, in the center of the property, has 4 suites, with TV, air conditioning and private bathroom, living room with TV, and kitchen. The attached dormitory building has three bedrooms on the lower floor, all with TV and air conditioning, one with a private bathroom and two with a shared bathroom and, on the upper floor, a lounge with a snooker table. Outside, next to the private beach, there is a large barbecue, also used as a cafeteria. The position of the pool includes a beautiful view of the north, east and west sides of the property, overlooking the rare landscapes of the Xavantes Dam to the surroundings, making it a unique and pleasant place for leisure and rest. The walks inside the property become indispensable for the pleasure they provide, whose path passes by the edge of the dam, forest and orchard, bringing a pleasant physical and mental satisfaction, having the constant company of the song of many songbirds that inhabit the Ilha Verde itararé ;
