The sleeping arrangements include a king bed and queen bed on the main level, a queen and two twin beds on the second level, and two single beds in the kids' game room on the 3rd level



The open-concept layout is perfect for entertaining with a fully stocked kitchen, smart TVs in every room, and fast Wi-Fi throughout. Step outside onto multiple decks to take in sweeping long-range views or relax around the outdoor fire pit. A new hot tub was installed a couple of months back, providing the perfect place to unwind after skiing or hiking.



Whether you're cooking family meals, watching a movie, or simply enjoying the mountain air, this home delivers comfort and convenience. It’s equipped with AC and heat, a washer and dryer, and all the essentials you need for your mountain getaway.

Located right off Beech Mountain Parkway, this home offers easy access to the best of the High Country. Beech Mountain Resort is just 2 miles away, offering skiing, snowboarding, tubing, and summer mountain biking. The Land of Oz theme park is right nearby and open seasonally for a magical family experience.



Downtown Banner Elk is about 15 minutes away with restaurants, breweries, wineries, and the beloved Apple Hill Farm. Sugar Mountain Resort is just 20 minutes away, and Grandfather Mountain—with its famous Mile High Swinging Bridge—is about a 30-minute drive.

Getting Around:
