This is a great place to stay when visiting Sugar Mountain. If you plan to use the Ski in/Ski out, you may need to have skied before--it's not on an easy hill for beginners.

5 Stars all around! We stayed at the property to a quick trip to board at Sugar. The place had everything we needed and the check in/out process was a breeze. The host made sure we had everything we needed - going above and beyond in all accounts. The kids loved being able to hop in the hot tub after a day on the slopes. We are already talking about another trip!

An incredible location right on the slopes of Sugar Mountain! A true ski-in and ski-out. The condo is cozy and has everything you could possibly need, which made the trip that much better. The host should teach a class on how to be a host because there was no detail untouched in the condo, they truly thought of everything. Beds are good, sheets were nice, everything was super clean. They also have pool/hot tub access at the club house which is just a quick walk outside and is a great place to relax. Our 6 yr old loved the pool! The balcony is lovely overlooking nature and it's fun to watch people ski down while you're sipping coffee and gearing up. We will definitely stay here again!

What an easy and great place to stay. The manager was also very responsive and helped make our stay wonderful. I would recommend this place for ski in/ski out and great place.

This place rocked! Lift is 100ft from the condo, you can just ski down and purchase the lift tickets at the bottom, hosts were great & will def stay again!

What an incredible stay! Paul and Morgan are incredible hosts - this place has everything you could need! Super clean, comfy beds, full kitchen, this place has it all! So cozy with an incredible view! And just steps from the slopes, would definitely stay here again!

Fun family trip for Mountain Bike Race

Absolutely love the condo and the hosts!!!! I would highly recommend staying here any time you come for either skiing or mountain biking, or just a nice trip away. We hope to be able to come back again!!

Great place, surprisingly spacious!

I thought a little mountain condo would be tight, but it didn’t feel that way! The living room especially feels spacious and was a great place to hang out with a beautiful view. The owners include so many little niceties in addition to the regular toiletries - art supplies, coffee pods, makeup wipes, even fuzzy socks! We went in the off season and the ski slope was a great (and quiet) place to walk and reach some gorgeous views. This place is a real find!

It was a summertime escape filled with beauty, good food, wine and music !

The condo was very cute , comfortable and well equipped . This is a great location for surrounding areas of Boone,Linville, Seven Devils, and Blowing Rock. I highly recommend summertime visit to escape the heat and to experience the beauty and hiking. I hope to visit again in the future.

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming condo! From the moment we walked in, we felt instantly at home. The condo is incredibly cozy, offering a wonderful sense of peace and warmth that made it the perfect escape. Most importantly, the place was impeccably clean. It was clear the host takes great pride in maintaining a spotless environment. Everything—from the kitchen surfaces to the bathroom—sparkled, which made settling in so much easier and more comfortable. The furnishings were comfortable and inviting, the decor was tasteful, and the size was just right for a relaxing getaway. We definitely enjoyed. If you're looking for a quiet, comfortable, and exceptionally clean place to stay, look no further. We would highly recommend this cozy condo and can't wait to come back!

Happy 80th Grandpa!

What a great place to celebrate Grandpa's 80th birthday so he could ski in/ski out with family for the weekend! The condo was a perfect size for the four of us, in a perfect location and had all the amenities we needed for a great celebration!
