one of the best and amazing hotel in that area, and its very near to nana street which recommended by arab travelers for offering all halal restaurant and shops, also to people who's looking for full check up i recommend them to book in this hotel which is near to BUMRUNGRAD Hospital on of the best hotel in thailand for checkup its only 2 minute walk , also the hotel have very friendly and welcomed stuff with clean rooms and the breakfast is eligible for all kind of people and the important is halal food.

Most people stay here for the Bumungrad hosptal around the corner. Many guests from the Middle East including headscarfs. It's a big hotel and there are certainly better options around this neighbourhood. The pool is certainly not worth it though the view from the rooftop is nice.

Good and quite hotel I recommend for couples or family to stay, nearby anyone needs, cross by main street in Nana. Has good restaurant and spa in addition of swimming pool. WiFi available in all rooms and halls.

A quick 2 nights stay before returning back to Europe. The hotel is nice,, has a great location and is very clean.Nice clean, well maintained rooms,a nice warm rooftop pool. A good hotel at a decent price.Would recommend.

The hotel was pretty standard, what gives it a 4 instead of a 3 for me is the hotel staff being very welcoming, how extreme clean the room was after we asked them to clean and the pool! Besides that the room was basic and comfortable and the hotel is the same, nothing extravagant.

We set here for 3 days Training Session. Our Meeting Room is Located at 6 floor. Meeting Facility is good. Their staff really want to help and serve us. Internet access for our Training is good, but it sometimes timeout. Their front office staff, really patient and friendly. Give us very good image about Thai people. Breakfast at Tropical was good. The Staff very quick response and really want to serve us. Food are good variation and complete in style, western and local, plus arabian style food. No so many guest for lunch, do so for Dinner. Room at good condition, their staff really want to serve us in cleanliness. This Hotel location is at heart of Bangkok, so you can go anywhere easily. The Hotel entrance is at 1 floor, and basement for parking. Lobby at 5 floor. Spa and fitness at 4 floor. for 2 dan 3 floor, this is for shop I think, but the shop no operate so welll, so this 2 and 3 floor become unutilize space. Too bad. In overall, I recommend this hotel for stay and Meeting

Good staff and service . Good tropical-max restaurant have food Chinese halal . Location near Bumrungrad Hospital . I was very impressed with the food . Getting comfortable Can reach the BTS. Or drive yourself.

Good location and the staff is very helpful and smiley. I feel comfortable with them. The room is very good but, the TV need more clear channels. And i think you need to choose amulti program for the breakfast.

We were in Bangkok for 3 nights and this suited us as a base to sleep as we spent most of our time exploring the wonders of Bangkok. The hotel was clean, and the house keeping staff were friendly and helpful. I found that the hotel lacked atmosphere, it was fairly quiet and the bar was always empty. You are given a complimentary drink from the bar on arrival, however it is either orange juice or pineapple juice (these are included with breakfast). You can imagine my disappointment in finding this out after exploring the cocktail menu. The hotel staff were friendly, but weren't that helpful when asking for assistance. Two examples are: Asking for help booking a restaurant as I had no phone handy, but the two gents at the lobby were unable to do that. Secondly, asking the man in charge of the taxi service to book a taxi, but being told to just grab one passing by. We tried this, but 3 refused to take us to the train station. No idea why. Overall, I think it is suitable if you want the basics and are not intending to use it other than to sleep. If you were wanting a bit of a retreat while in Bangkok this isn't the hotel for you. I hope the waffling made sense.

I chosed this hotel for its a proximity to the bumrungrad hospital, and I'm very happy with the choice I made. My impression is as follows: The goods: - the location - very friendly & helpful staff - good value for the money paid - a decent breakfast with clear segregation between halal and non halal food. The bads: - the rooms are little outdated and the TV screens could be bigger - one out of the 2 bathrooms in suite # 1702 I stayed in , smelled like a gutter and we had to use the other bathroom only throughout our stay. ( to be fair, I didn't mentioned this problem to the staff during my stay as we where outside the room most of the day and didn't have time to manage the issue) Over all good value for the money and very friendly staff.
