Lovely room! The room is very relaxing, cozy and well maintained. The hotel staffs are friendly and accomodating as well. My partner and I enjoyed our dinner and breakfast. Well, I commend for their good service.
Excellent service! the management and the staffs are really amazing! You will feel VIP every moment of your stay there. I'll probably come back there soon. I will not be hesitate to recommend this to my friends and relatives. Easy access to anywhere, the price is ver worth it.
i visit this hotel but there are many things should the management care about it .. the whole hotel need maintenance and replace carpet and some furniture , i got same breakfast daily never change even i decided to have my breakfast ouside , there is some noise from other rooms ..
I am amazed at the lack of hospitality of this hotel. Clearly the management were not trained in the West. I stayed for 2 months this year and the previous year and it never occurred to them to upgrade our room. In Jordan I Stayed for one month and they upgraded our room to a one bedroom suite. They are very short sighted and have no clue how to create good will for their guests. They purchased a resistance Ball for the gym at my suggestion which is too small for Western people. It is suitable for Asian people. The cost is only $12. They never exchanged it and/or purchased a larger ball. The Thai food at the breakfast buffet has improved considerably since last year. I think they hired another local chef. However the Middle Eastern food is the worst I have ever tasted. In fact it is not Middle Eastern/Arabic food. The Egyptian foul is not edible. Same for hummus and mutabal. The rest is Indian and Ethiopian. Horrible. The Egyptian Chef/cook should be a dish washer. He is unable to cook Arabic food. He serves pasta and mushroom soup labeling it Arabic food. The bread is Indian. He should have been tested before he was hired. He should be dismissed immediately. The rooms are clean and spacious. WIFI is much better and more reliable. The Philippines manager of the dining room provides superb and outstanding service. Also the Philippines manager of the business center provides outstanding service. The rest of the staff are tactful and kind although they have a problem with the language. The service at the swimming pool is substandard. The attendant is never there to give towels and take orders. The location is very convenient to Arab town and tourist district.
Great hotel.Clean, Comfortable room. Quiet aircon. Bath tub. Steaming hot water. Good pool. Coffee and tea in the room. International TV service. Great mix if Western and Middle Eastern, Asian food. Very close to great international restaurants. We travelThailand for a month every year to visit family and mostly the food is pretty basic crap everywhere with no variety ( Thai and Western ) So really loved eating out in this area. Close to Skytrain and Central 21 shopping centre. Draw back is sometimes you can hear the tv and talking in the next room.
The location of this hotel is quite good and there are many restaurants nearby open at night too. I am satisfied with this stay but one thing I hope the hotel can be improved is that the air-con is too cold even I turned to 30 degree and low fan speed. The staff of this hotel is friendly and helpful.
I stayed here some years ago and chose it again for the last night of my trip to Thailand for one reason really - the rooftop pool which I knew was a good place to relax. The price isn't bad and the location is also OK, probably about half a mile to the Skytrain on the busy Sukhumvit. My room felt very tired and dull. There is a wicked little raised step between the room and the bathroom, probably guaranteed to stub your toe! The shower is for midgets, at the highest setting it came to my shoulder. The safe is small, my laptop wouldn't really fit into it. You get vouchers for free Wi-Fi which seemed to work although quite slow. For anything over 1 night I would favour the Rembrandt for its pool and nice rooms or Inn A Day for its location over facing Wat Arun (but sadly no pool). What I must praise however is the staff who were really very friendly and helpful.
As others have stated, you can get a nicer hotel for a better price in the immediate area. We stayed here because of proximity to Bumrungrad which was walkable but the room smelled of mildew, the bathroom in the restaurant was flooded making it slippery and dangerous, and they offer no tuk tuk service as many other hotels do nearby. The welcome drink was orange juice while other hotels usually offer a beer at least. The pool and top floor view is great and the free breakfast is average but none if it makes up for its shortcomings. Unless your in a pinch, I’d find somewhere else to stay at a better rate with more amenities.
Rooms are indeed depressing. not worth for the price. very run down and nothing much of spread for breakfast. only good thing about the hotel is warm and friend;y staff with great location. Good place for Muslims as many mddle east restaurants around and within walking distance from the hotel
We'd been doing a spot of travelling and thought we would have a bit of luxury and the Zenith Sukhumvit Hotel was definitely that. The room was quite large with everything very well appointed and working. The view of Bangkok was FANTASTIC but then we were on the 18th floor so I guess you would expect that. I would recommend going up to the rooftop pool area even if you aren't going for a dip but just for the view. Breakfast was brilliant with lots of different varieties to choose from. The area was interesting as it appears largely to be a largely Arabic area so lots of different things to try in amongst the usual Thai stuff. The staff on the reception were polite and friendly too which is always a bonus. The traffic in that whole area is chaos and so busy. We were flying out the next day and the Sky Train is very close and easy to use as well as being value for money so we used that. A really good hotel all in all with no complaints.
