I came here for a surgery so i stayed in the hotel for 5 nights i only spoke english and they understood just fine. Being that i never left the room after my procedure till checkout i can say this, very confortable bed and clean room overall. I order alot like 3 times a day food to my room. They were very nice about it. They also allowed me to check out and in late due to my flights. The food was really good in my opinion. The wifi is fast so i can stream my shows and movies.

Lobby is filled with mosquitos, and air conditioning not functioning in lobby and elevator. Booked 2 rooms but during check in was told both rooms had to be separated due to no availability. Split us level 10 & 25. Level 10 unit ended up having malfunctioning air conditioning, heater and various issues. Had the staff switch to level 19. The mosquito situation is horrendous, both my wife, brother in law and myself were extremely sick when we returned to our country. Suspected dengue or influenza.
