They advertise with old photos making it look nice and new. But it was very old and not maintained. Sheets and towels were not clean. Minibar was empty, bathroom tapes and waste not working. Very disappointed and have requested a refund.

Unique hotel

A very unique hotel. Caters to local weddings and has a knitting theme to it (flowers in the vases and photos are knitted) and done tastefully. Rooms are simple but ok. A little dark since only bathroom has a window. Bed is hard and for me was uncomfortable but others may like it. Area is ok--near Westgate Central Plaza shopping mall, but no a good area for walking. Wifi was fine and lobby was comfortable to work in.

The hotel appeared to be a typical business stay type hotel. Super friendly staff, a nice restaurant on site with a quirky knitting motif. Unfortunately the bed was a killer, preventing a good nights sleep. Aside from that, for the price, not bad.

Good if you can figure out how everything works

I stayed in the smaller room which is about half the size of an average hotel room. The bathroom is combined with the shower which makes it a challenge to use the sink without getting your feet wet after you take a shower. I just threw a towel on the floor after showering. I did have some difficulty figuring out how to turn on the shower. I called the front desk and they came quickly to help me, pointing out the square piece of metal where the hose comes out is actually a handle. I also had difficulty with the TV until I noticed that it was unplugged. Between the TV, fridge and cable box, there are no free outlets on that side of the room and you have to unplug something if you want to use a coffee pot. It also isn't obvious how to turn on the A/C. You have to use a remote control. Once you get all that figured out, the room is quite usable. Looks like it has gone through some recent remodeling, so much so, that the price tag sticker was still on some of the moldings in the bathroom. At $46/night, this is a cheap hotel, but they try to spruce things up with various decorations based on knitting. I would say the bed was pretty hard, but not uncomfortable. This is the only place I've been to where they make towel animals for your bed. Little touches like that make it seem more expensive that it really is. I must say I was impressed with the free breakfast which is more like a Thai buffet lunch with a lovely view of the canal. They do require a 1000 baht cash deposit.

Usedvanlig hard seng, men det gikk an å sove i den. Servicevennlig betjening som raskt rettet opp feil tildelt rom. Veldig mye mygg i gangen og heisen. Den beste spaghetti carbonara jeg har spist utenfor Italia, god frokost.
