Disappointed, Checkin and out in 30 Mins I have never been so disappointed before. Those pictures, advertised on many hotel sites, were so misleading compare to the actual quality of this hotel. You would be so disappointed. I extremely do not recommend anyone to stay here. I could not believe how it got 4 stars! on agoda I mean this is more like 1-2 stars to me. The quality of the hotel was really bad. The bed sheet were so tinted You can tell the color difference with the blanket. There were stained on the bed From the front and the lobby, it seemed very nice, however once you enter the building; you will find such an old atmosphere start leveling up on you. Anyway, there is a positive view from my side. There were quite handful staffs which welcomes us from the drive way. In addition, they took us to check out the bigger room with the same quality and informed us how much we will be charged. We thought about it but rather saved it for another hotel.
Best of Bangkok away from the hustle bustle and traffic jam of Bangkok city. This hotel is neat , clean , family hotel with comfortable bed and linen. We are a family of two adults, one nearly adult kid and one 5 year old kid. We were given a family room with lots of space . Fashion world is 5 min away mall. Train station night market is 8 min away . Kubon road has local food delights on the street stretch. Ozone plaza is just opp the hotel with spa , food centres. Next door to the hotel is gas station with 7 eleven and also food outlets. This hotel was chose for its quick vicinity to Safari world as it’s a kids trip . We had a local guide Witoon who was lovely , caring and showed us all the tourist attractions like Ayuthaya city , first floating market away from city, train track market etc . 0846487074 and 0818167015 is his number , he is registered tour guide with his own car.
This hotel is the worst. The reception staff barely speaks English, but I will say that the cleaning woman was very kind and funny. I enjoyed talking to her briefly. The room though had two bugs in it. I killed one of them but the other got away. I didn't want bugs in my things so I slept with my luggage on the deluxe bed with me. I was only staying one night so I didn't complain. However, I told the receptionist I needed the shuttle to take me to BKK airport. She confirmed that she had the right time and airport by repeating it back to me. The issue came later. They called me a TAXI who took me to DMK airport. I told him he was taking me to the WRONG airport but he kept insisting it was right and what the hotel told him. I called the hotel to tell them the mistake, and they acted like they didn't care and actually said "BKK airport is Don Mueang Airport". That is WRONG and was nearly a costly mistake because I almost missed my flight. They are incompetent here and it's not worth the stress for anyone to book this hotel.
4day 3 night stay at this hotel quite far from city and tourist object, i have to paid another 800 bath to go and back to the tourist object. Breakfast taste was delicious but minim of variety. The room and bathroom are clean but have an old linen.
Simple hotel but spacious. Room came with 1 queen and 1 single with a kitchenette area. We paid a good price for it that came with breakfast. Breakfast is simple but I was fine with just coffee, bread and butter. Located near a road that was pretty busy. If you are a light sleeper, don't book this hotel. Located near to a mini-mart at petrol station.
Viva Hotel, Bangkok Booked for one night to be close to Don Mueang airport. One website says 15 minutes drive, reception told us 45 minutes, however it took us 90 minutes maybe due to all the road works. Luckily we were using a grab taxi with the price gauranteed when booking, dread to think what the cost of a metered taxi would have been. More of a corporate hotel, a bit like Travel Lodge. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Breakfast more for local taste than western. Ok for a one night stop over but take into account the travelling time to the airports.
To get a good neat, clean and peaceful hotel for the last night of your holiday in a country like Thailand may not be an arduous task.Viva Residence has super location as it has in its immediate periphery a super market and shopping centres. The rooms are spacious and well furnished with a good view of the town. Restaurant on the ground floor where breakfast is served may not furnishings of a star property but sits on the road to make guests feel connected to immediate environs. LED TV, high speed wi fi connectivity, parking and elevator add to comforts of the guests.
We stayed at Viva Residences Hotel for 3 nights. My mom booked our room via Agoda and she got it at quite a cheap amount. We booked a family room which is good for 3 persons. The room was spacious which includes a double bed and a single bed. There was a mini dining table with a mini fridge and sink. Every day they supply you with a bottled water and coffee. The bathroom was nice and clean. Every morning they have breakfast buffet but their food was just the same every morning. The not so good thing was that not all of the workers here speak English and only some at the front desk can speak straight English. Also the hotel's location was very far from the downtown of Bangkok (about 1 hour and a half taxi ride) But when you are going to Ayutthaya, it's location is quite nearer to it compared to when you would book your hotel in the downtown area. Clean and comfortable place :)
What I love the most is the friendly staffs, when we arrived even we are still inside the taxi, a staff is waiting outside to get our bags and greet you. The hotel is very clean and peaceful, you can relax well specially on the lobby. We stayed to this hotel because it is near to the Safari World but if you want to go to the City of Bangkok, better not to stay here because it is far, traveling time will be less than an hour.
Great location for airports,we flew into dongmuan from our hoed in chiang rai and out of main airport two days later perfect. First room was a suite in no 1 but had no wi Fi so over to another one in no2 .No trouble.Room gad ate in each room was very comfortable and clean.air con was fine.huge shower with very strong water pressure. All staff very efficient and ther soon to be a lot of them.Breakfast very Asian. Just condested no cereal (took my own ) but Asian dishes excellent.Bigest drawback were the many Chinese tourist who arrived in five coaches very early in the morning and were so rude screaming and shouting in the corridors slamming doors and generally standing on the landing being so rude.three times I asked different groups to me considerate of other guests to no avail.
