Room had almost zero natural light (small window into an interior light well) despite being a “Deluxe Room”. Room was functional but felt tired/dated. Nowhere open to get a coffee / drink during the day. Pool bar not open at all. Staff very friendly. Property very clean and well-located.

Breakfast choice was excellent, room clean, staff friendly and welcoming. We would have preffered a dinner meal in the hotel. The water in the pool was probably too alkaline, as the steps were very slippery and could be injury prone.

Great location. Close enough to Khao San Road without being noisy. The room had an interior window which we found to be a little claustrophobic. Lovely room apart from not having hot water in the shower and there being mould on the tiles in the bathroom. We were at the hotel on New Year's Eve and strangely, the rooftop bar was not open. We booked the hotel so we could sit on the roof and enjoy the views if we got sick of the crowds on the street. We did this anyway.

Perfect throughout. Special mention to reception staff for lovely welcome and exceptional helpfulness throughout. Comfortable, well-maintained room, peaceful sleep. Great breakfast in pleasant surroundings, with really good service. Perfect location for sightseeing. Relaxing, unpretentiously classy place to stay. Looking forward to coming back.

Room was comfortable, although no window to outside; staff was friendly and breakfast offered ample selection for a low-cost option. Area is close to attractions. Rooftop pool was not as nice as the pictures seemed and bar was unattended (had to call for someone if you wanted a drink). Rooftop also closed at 8pm which was disappointing as we had hoped to see Grand Palace and Temple at night from hotel roof. While a nice hotel, the images advertised depicted something a little newer and more upscale than reality. Overall, a comfortable sleep in a convenient area but a little more aged and worn than pictured.

Great location, friendly staff, great breakfast buffet, and quiet. I had a wonderful stay. Tuk Tuks outside for rides to local attractions, and 7’11 within walking distance. Roof top pool was great to dip in after a full day of sightseeing. Very clean, great for couples, solos, and families.
