It would benefit the hotel to have a strong QA/QC team checking the rooms after they are cleaned by staff and before guests check in. The cleanliness was not as good as I expected.

The staff members were friendly and helpful. We were a little disappointed that there was no more laundry service available, and there were some drilling and constant hammering noises during the day.

We liked that the staff were polite, friendly, and helpful and answered our questions to the best of their ability. It was easy to use the Grab app to request for transportation to and from the hotel. There were several dining options and convenient stores nearby. We cleaned the in-room cups and hot water electric kettle ourselves after we checked into the room just in case. Overall, it was an enjoyable and convenient stay for us.

I liked the location. However, the water pressure and temperature fluctuated a lot, depending on the room or room floor, and our room’s carpet was quite dusty. A receipt for laundry service was not provided upon payment. The staff were very friendly and helpful, though.

One night in Town In Town

The place was convinient but however no one inform me of the check out timing and my deposit of 1000 Thai Baht was deducted to left 250 baht.. Its the hotel job to inform the check out timing. And some of my usual check out timing are 1pm-2pm in other hotels.

Proximity to restaurants and shopping at The Scene

It is at a convenient location for where we wanted to be. The hotel staff were welcoming and tried to be helpful. The room seemed nice and clean, although the bed was not as comfortable as the ones at some of the other hotels I've stayed. We were told that up to 2 of our devices could connect to their wifi, but we were only able to get one connected at a time; otherwise, it would disconnect the other device. After considering various factors, I would stay at the hotel again.

Good Location but old facility

The Hotel is very old fashioned, old furnitures, no Kettle Jug, instead you can take your own hot water from the service area. The good part is: big shower water pressure, pretty spacy room, and worth for money

Internet not working at all . Hotel smells old and musty . Reception did not care about complaint . Area not convienient for transit . Never stay again . Hotel is rundown , smelly and full of big tour busses of Chinese travellers . Paid 2000 plus taxes from hotels .com . Got ripped off . False representation .

This hotel is worse than your Motel 6

We booked 3 nights (separate nights since we were traveling to different areas in Thailand). The first night was "ok". Staff were friendly and accommodating. Our 2ND night (which was 1 week later) was horrible!!! We booked a non smoking room and was placed not only in a smoking room but a smoking floor so the walls reeks cigarette stench! We asked for a room change which they did not accommodate during our first attempt. The staff told us the hotel is completely booked! We made a 2nd attempt to change room since we can't sleep due to the air conditioner not working properly. Finally, they changed our room to another smoking room with blasting air conditioner and air freshener which didn't last long. In the morning we asked to borrow the phone to call our late tour guide, the hotel manager told us he would have to charge us if we need to make a call. We were so annoyed and disappointed with the staff and conditions of the hotel, we didn't even stay the 3rd night. We checked out immediately and found another/better hotel for the same price in central Bangkok.
