Absolute terribly fake customer service. While they pretend to provide overwhelmingly friendly customer service, it comes with the price of being on their terms. They follow you around pushing you in their direction. If you ask to go to a certain floor or bar, they first take you to another place pushing their products in your face. We invited friends to the hotel for drinks at the Sky Bar. Instead we were brought to 2 different bars on 2 different floors and pushed into " looking at what they offer". Once we finally got to the Sky Bar, someone was immediately in our face forcibly with a drink menu. Our friends were so upset they decided to leave. When we got to the front and my friend requested a taxi to their hotel, which they were paying for, they were told TWICE "It's a short walk" We are 9000 miles from home, in an unfamiliar city. They did not want to walk, they wanted a taxi. We were absolutely mortified that we even invited them to this place and the 1 night we had with our friends in Bangkok, was ruined by these leech like employees. After bringing this to the attention of a manager, 3 days later we were told "The employee in the front said this never happened" This hotel is an absolute ripoff. If you want to be degraded and sold an $11 glass of Coke, this is your place. So very disappointing.
