The staff were all so welcoming and friendly to us and especially our young children. The service was excellent - fast and effective. The breakfast buffet was exceptionally delicious and the variety was mind boggling. We felt like kids in a candy store. We loved having the high tea available to us each day too.
We stayed here for 10 nights as we love bangkok. And the first few days were great but after that the cracks started to show in the facade. From very busy lifts that as a guest you have to share with the hundreds of people that want to go to the sky bar. To staff that would rather play games on there phone than making sure that there guests are being cared for. Overall a little disappointing for the price and reputation.
Unfortunately lebua is like a cheap piece of jewellery, sparkling, buffed and shiny to start but after a few days the true natural of it, starts to show. We stayed for 10 nights and flaws started showing after 2 days. Expect busy lifts as guests have to share with sky bar guests. Sky bar visitors should have a separate lift As paying guests of hotel should take priority. The breeze club lounge staff, forget to cook your food orders and yun one of the staff members would rather play games on his phone then deal with guests. If you want a grand hotel then if you stay here for 2 days it will be perfect any more time then that it will go from 5 stars to a 3 star hotel
Yes it is expensive but it really feels very luxurious. We reserved two rooms, as my mother in law came to Bangkok to visit. They "upgraded"us to a two bedroom suite. Its so amazing and on the 54th floor! The views are incredible, the room, is spacious and clean. Its over 2000 square feet!! Our apartment in SF was only 600 square feet. With the tower access you basically can just stay in the hotel and eat and drink their complimentary bites and beverages and never ever leave! ;) . The staff is wonderful, the pool is great, the fitness center nice, the location can't be beat and the view is epic. Even if you aren't staying here check out the sky bar and other restaurants! OOh and they have babysitting available. This was key after traveling with our baby for 3 months straight. It allowed us to enjoy their 2 Michelin start restaurant, mezzaluna.
Great place and A1 facilities. Our first time staying with a 1 year old child was faultless. Have stayed previously without a child as well. The staff are fluent in English. Received an upgrade to a 1 bedroom suite which was fantastic. The breakfast buffet has some top notch food and a good variety. Only food type which was lacking was Thai Food. Only thing I noticed about the place from our prior visits is that the windows on the outside need some cleaning which I suppose is a difficult job on such a high building. Overall I cannot fault anything with our stay here again
My gf and I stayed one Night at Tower club in the Summer of 2017. We checked in too early so the friendly staff set us up in the executive lounge which was pretty nice. Once our room was done they came and got us. We returned to the lounge for afternoon tea and I have to admit that the standard and service was great. We had some cocktails and hors d'oeuvre both savory and sweet. It was a really enjoyable experience. Overall the hotel is decent, however it's noticeable that the standard is on a steady decline. We stayed at a total 4 hotels during our stay and frankly Lebua didn't really live up to our expectations when it came to the room. Sure the view was amazing and the lounge had a great spread but I feel like the pricing was a bit over the top. Absolutely worth a 1-night stay!
We booked/requested a double bed in the suite and the first question asked when my girlfriend and I (both female) checked in was “ did we want one big bed?which I replied yes to as per our booking. We were then told to hold on and then we were “upgraded” to a better view which has two separate beds. This indicates that our original room had one bed. Homophobic to say the least which was such a disappointment. Staff training needed and respecting guests wishes. Views were incredible as was breakfast. Suite was so comfortable and a sky train is close by.
Hi we have recently returned back to cold England from a lovely 3 weeks in Thailand. in the 3 weeks we spent 3 nights in busy Bangkok and stayed in Tower Club @ Lebua, the rooms were amazing clean and comfy beds, Staff were all friendly. The facilities were lovely. recommend to visit sky bar although the drinks are expensive its worth it to see the views. i would certainly recommend to stay here.
This is an excellent hotel. We stayed here as part of the Luxury Escape Package for 3 nights. We upgraded to a River View Suite on the 54th floor, and did not regret our choice. The room was very comfortable with separate lounge and huge bathroom. The view of the city and river from our balcony was amazing. The staff at this hotel are well dressed, well trained in putting customers first and are extremely courteous. The breakfast on offer is extensive, catering to all tastes and very tasty. We also ordered in-room service one night and the food was delivered with prompt and ceremony. Although the hotel food was relatively pricey, it was worth it as the quality was excellent. The hotel pool and gym is high class, and well equipped. The Mezu floor which is on offer to guests staying above the 50th floor was great and serves excellent smaller meals and cocktails/beverages. If I visit Bangkok again, this would be my hotel of choice.
Incredible. Our stay at the lebua made our honeymoon as special and enjoyable as it could be. From the moment we arrived until we left we found nothing but genuinely friendly staff; one of the guys behind the grill at the breakfast buffet happily sang to us and made conversation while we waited. They upgraded our room to a suite (thank you very much!) The food was delicious. I do recommended getting access to the tower club, it includes drinks and buffet snacks with a fantastic view from 6am to 6pm. Everyone and everything at lebua was worth every Baht. Definitely coming back whenever we visit Bangkok again.
