We stayed at Lebua Tower two days before we went home from our Honeymoon trip around Thailand. It was the perfect ending to the trip. Definitely pay more for the club room- it includes club access 6am-6pm everyday with free food and drinks. The lunch and happy hour were great! Also the rooms are the most beautiful that I've seen in Thailand. Very clean and updated and a free mini bar (no alcohol but still). Loved the espresso machine in the room. We stayed on floor 58. We didn't eat dinner at the rooftop restaurants as they were extremely expensive but we did get drinks on the roof (two drinks costs $50 USD)! Anyway great location near everything and beautiful hotel. Only complaint is that it's a nightmare getting to and from the top floors when the rooftop opens- so you can barely get an elevator to the 64th or the lounge because they are all so full when they get to your floor. Also check in took almost 45 minutes- which was nuts.
Tower Club Lebua is a wonderful escape from the busy life of the city. The rooms are large and clean. The view overlooking the river and city is beautiful rain or shine. The food, drinks, service and staff are all wonderful. We will be booking another weekend getaway again soon.
Beautiful hotel with excellent service, we were treated like kings from the moment we checked in to our awesome dinner on the 64th floor to the fabulous complimentary breakfasts sitting next to the pool.
I went to this hotel for a week over July and it was fantastic! The hotel was so beautiful, the food was amazing, and the view was spectacular! The room was very clean and comfortable and never had any problems with the room! The view was hands down the best part of this hotel was the amazing view! In our room we had two balconies and both were absolutely amazing with gorgeous views! However, I wish there was a chair or two on the balcony to just sit and watch the city. When we checked in we did have some problems with billing as there were 2 adults and 1 teenager in our party and you have to pay more for a 3rd person. We did however, but at check in we were told we did not and spent nearly an hour and a half waiting for this to be fixed. We also then had to pay for the teenager at the breakfast buffet near the pool. We loved the Breeze tower club lounge and enjoyed the amazing food and beverages there, however there was a very strict dress code that we normally did not have problems with, but seemed to get judgement looks from the staff when we did not have proper attire (wearing sandals instead of dress shoes). We also had a problem at which they had a planned power outage, however my Dad does have a machine to help him sleep at night and it worried us a little. This hotel was also very expensive, however walk down the street and get a dinner for 3 with drinks at $5 for all of our meals combined. Overall, just watch out for the prices of dining and you should enjoy this amazing hotel with an even more spectacular view!
Yes I see people talk about the drinks prices but everything in Bangkok has gone up in price from the 20 years I’ve been coming here. But I’ve never been to any other rooftop bar that can give you the views like this place does. This is our seventh time in coming and have booked to come for the new year celebrations. To say it’s free to get up to the top bar I see many coming up not getting a drink and then leaving so I suppose it’s each to their own. But I’d recommend the club tower if booking this hotel. If you use the lounge 8am to 6pm if you really want wine and cocktails they are free all day. So for me it’s great to have dinner and a little put me on for tea time. Mind blowing views and the rooms are huge what’s not to like. One note if you are coming for the sun you do lose it round the pool for a good couple of hours after midday
We stayed here from Sunday 5th November 2017 to Wednesday 8th November 2017, as part of a Luxury Escape Package. Stunning Hotel. Centrally located to bars, restaurants, shops, money changers, near the river. Wifi: Free and good coverage Rooms: large, clean, big bathrooms, small kitchenette, with fridge, microwave, kettle, good beds, plenty of towels and beautiful toiletries to use. Nice balconies off rooms, ask for highest floors, the views are incredible. We had a room on 56th floor, overlooking river and city. Just stunning. Staff: Excellent service, always smiling, go out of their way to help you. Informative, neat, clean. Breakfast Room: Awesome, just off pool, great selections of breakfast food and tastes. Staff, very helpful. Always clean. The food is fresh and inviting. Floor 52, Executive Lounge: Amazing views, fresh canapés and drinks for light lunch and per dinner. Well worth the experience. Skybar - 64th floor: What can I say.....simply stunning, a must do. They filmed Hangover 2 here, I see why.... We had the signature drink, Hangover a Martini. Delicious! This was an incredible and unforgettable experience for us. The staff, made us feel like royalty or a celebrity. Pool and Gym: clean, beautiful laid out, lots of big towels, plenty of seating. Lots of taxis and tuk tuks out the front of hotel. This is a beautiful hotel. Highly recommend for both families and couples. We will definitely return again, so much to see and do in Bangkok To the Management. Stunning hotel, centrally located, amazing and helpful staff. Thank you!
The hotel rooms were adequate, a bit tired but nice. The service was amazing and the staff go out of their way to accommodate. Dining was incredible overpriced, to the point that we walked out of our dinner booking after viewing the drinks menu. They charge NZ$300 for a bottle of wine that we can buy for NZ$15.
I stayed in Lebua for 4 nights, visiting Thailand for a recent convention. The hotel was simply amazing, comfortable, relaxing, warming and an amazing view from the 25th floor. Words can't describe the amazing room...simply put I didn't want to leave. The staff were so welcoming and are a credit to the hotel. Nothing was too much for them. The concierge was so helpful when we were trying to go out and didn't have a clue where to go. Breakfast was a delight to sample every morning. I absolutely loved it! I will definitely be back and would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok.
