Great service! Amazing room! One of the best in Bangkok! The food was awesome as well! Thank you very much ! Always happy to stay in a nice place with excellent service! Will come again for sure! Thank you
I came for the first time in Thaïlande and I stayed at the Tower club at lebua for 2 nights with my friend. We booked for a city view and have been upgrade for the river view on the 56th floor. The view was just incredible! We have been welcome by a french trainee, Julien, who took care of our check-in. Very fast and friendly! He explained us all about the restaurants, bars, the lounge, the area... great adviser! The lounge on the 52nd floor is very nice, many choices at the buffet and drinks are included! But only until 6pm... The breakfast at the Mozu floor was amazing, so many choice that you don’t know what you are going to eat. Bacon, eggs, sushis, pastries..... We also went to the sky bar, the view is very nice but lot of wind. Cocktail very nice. We loved our stay at the Tower club at Lebua! Friendly staff, I was very happy to meet Julien and hope to see him again in Paris! Will come again!!
Stunning panoramic views of Bangkok. Beautiful bar. The drinks are very expensive. But don't let that stop you. The place for a Monday night was very crowded. There are two areas to see. The Whiskey Bar and the dinner/mingle area. Both have outstanding views.
Where can I start it was probably the most amazing hotel we have ever stayed at it is fantastic the service is second to none and you really are treated like a VIP everything was just perfect. From the huge rooms The Tower club lounge and the to die for breakfast it was our first time in Thailand and I wanted to start off somewhere special in Bangkok and the lebua really lived up to that the staff Were so friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble and the concierge I think Sam was his name was absolutely brilliant helping us guide round Bangkok with interesting places to see and even organized a one way hotel tuk tuk to the train station Free of charge The hotel it’s self is beautiful I do not know how people can complain about things I honestly found nothing to grumble about if you were going to Bangkok and want to stay somewhere special For quite a good price Then stay here . We enjoyed it that much that we are going to stay at the lebua again this year 2018 in September and have persuaded our friends to come along as well we talk that much about it they cannot wait to experience this wonderful hotel . Thank you lebua and look forward to seeing you September the 23rd 🙏🏽 Michael
ladies, the hairdryer terrible, it is like having someone gently blow warm air on your head. That is the only negative I have to say about this hotel. Staff is amazing, view is amazing, property is well kept and the gardens are lush. Pool is gorgeous but the guard that stands over the chairs and glares is a little weird. Gym is nice and smells great.
Stayed at Tower Club on 2 separate occasions during our trip to Thailand. The first room was a river facing room and the second we were upgraded to a marvellous corner room. Both rooms were slightly dated and perhaps could be done with a lick of paint. They were however immaculately clean and were stocked up with the essentials; soft drinks, coffee and bathroom amenities. Both rooms were huge and though we never used the kitchens, I suspect they’d be helpful should you be staying longer. Staff at check in were very pleasant and helpful, and in fact all staff we dealt with were great. Only small gripe was when we were arriving (after a 24 hour journey) and being shown to our room, the staff on the desk for the lounge very obviously looked me up and down. Perhaps they thought I was wanted to enter the lounge in my travel gear, but regardless it made me feel quite uncomfortable. The lounge was a great asset to have. We sampled both the lunch and the afternoon tea. Food was of a great standard and drinks were great with a selection of cocktails, beer, wine, hot drinks etc. Nice relaxed atmosphere considering the strict dress code, but it wasn’t great being stuck in the area to the right as it was a bit dark. Location was good. It is in a busy area which was a bit overwhelming when we were jetlagged and culture shocked; but once we recovered we enjoyed the hustle and bustle. It is a 5-10 minute walk from BTS and also the central pier where you can catch ferries to various places including Grand Palace for a tiny price (I can’t remember how much but it was pennies). Taxis are also readily available but whilst the were cheap we found utilising public transport a lot better as the taxis took so long to get through traffic. Loads of 7/11s nearby. Highlight for this breakfast loving traveller was...the breakfast. Friends had recommended this hotel based on the breakfast alone, and for good reason. The buffet breakfast has a selection like I’ve never seen before. Sushi, to crepes, to curries, to omelettes, to freshly cooked noodles, to freshly BBQ’ed bacon and sausages. Honestly the selection was endless and the food was of a great quality. The selection changed each day which was great but then was also a pity if you found something you loved. The restaurant is fairly big and whilst a lot of people are seated at one time we never waited for a table nor did we have to fight our way through crowds. On two occasions after breakfast we actually went to the lounge for a coffee. The had a considerably smaller buffet selection as well as an ordering service though we never sampled it. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Tower Club and would likely return one day; if only for breakfast!!
What a great hotel! From check-in till breakfast, everything was just perfect! Great people , great suite, service,... And the breakfast is just amazing , too much choice or we stayed too short to try everything ;)
I booked the hotel on their homepage and added the Mixology course. My teacher Amadu did really well to teach me the different aspects of cocktail mixing. Especially the Hangovertini was amazing! All in all was everything perfect. The staff is always friendly, the food delicious and the view from the rooms and the bar stunning. Special thanks again to Amadu and his team! I really enjoyed it! 😍
We stayed at the hotel for one night in late February. The check in was fine and the room itself and lounge were lovely. However, upon closure inspection, the hotel overall was tired and tatty. For example, birds nexts covered the columns by the pool over head and overall the paint work is of the buildings exterior wasn’t great. Furthermore, the noise level in the room from the street was incredibly high which I thought odd since we were on the 57th floor and had stayed in other Bangkok hotels on lower floors and not experienced this. Overall though, the hotel was a little soulless and lacked the charm that a lot of Thai hotels have. Staff were often hostile and pretentious and the hotel had an overall feel of stuffiness. It may attract a certain crowd but wasn’t for me. Generally style over substance.
We booked a club room with free mini bar (soft drinks only) and it was fantastic. Staff and location is great too. There is a dress code to access the lounge that is free of charge. No access in shorts! Men and boys have to wear long trousers. The club lounge is only open until 6pm with buffet and free alcohol provided.
