Our family—my husband, his friend, our 5-year-old son who just loves to swim, and his nanny—recently spent 8 unforgettable days at Tower Club at Lebua in their 3-bedroom suite, and it was truly exceptional from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the service exceeded expectations. Jomel and Chanoknan at check-in welcomed us with such warmth and efficiency that set the tone for the rest of our stay. The entire lounge and dining staff were equally outstanding—always attentive, kind, and accommodating to our family’s needs. A special mention goes to Kritthanathat Kultanachot from the concierge team, who went above and beyond to take care of us throughout our entire stay. His professionalism, genuine care, and attention to detail made everything effortless—from daily arrangements to ensuring our comfort every step of the way. We were once again impressed by Executive Chef Avinash Rudola, who, for the second time, surpassed our expectations. His culinary creations at the breakfast buffet, the lounge offerings, and the dinner menu at Restaurant Mozu were all exceptional. Every meal was thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor. I’d also like to express heartfelt thanks to the female staff member at the entrance (sadly, we missed her name). She took care of all our transportation needs and even ensured a seamless send-off when the hotel limousine van brought us to Suvarnabhumi Airport. She personally coordinated with the hotel’s airport staff to meet us upon arrival.

Fabulous hotel in an amazing setting. The service is outstanding and the rooftop bars and restaurants are stunning. The rooms are large and well kept but in truth a bit dated and in need of a refresh. The lounge area is well run and well stocked with lovely views and attentive staff. Overall a great stay, we really enjoyed our time here.

Suite was very clean, service was excellent. We didn’t like being pushed to buy a drink just to see the iconic sky bar. Paying for a suite should allow you to freely spend time around the sky bar regardless of whether you want to purchase a drink or not. That’s the only negative.

Tower Club at Lebua my only choice when in Bangkok

Tower Club at Lebua is my go to choice of hotel when in Bangkok. It is my home away from home. So this should tell you how I feel about the hotel. Some of the many reasons I feel this way, - Staff - super friendly and efficient. Cannot do enough for the traveller. Hotel itself - very well maintained, very clean, beautiful foyer, and the rooms are clean and well maintained. Breakfast has many varieties and styles to please even the most jaded traveller. The Tower Club is a joy to enter, staff know your name and are very professional and efficient. You are well looked after. The only drawback I found was going to 'The Dome', a tourist attraction. The drinks are very expensive but you are not allowed to wander around without buying a drink, and the staff can be quite pushy in this regard. I didnt buy a drink when I attended, and I was asked to leave as a result, even though I was a guest. A small inconvenience. I have just booked my 2026 trip and of course I am staying at Lebua. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay with four couples enjoying a friendcation. We enjoyed breakfast in our private room, aqua fitness and many visits to the lounge on F52. The staff were wonderful and left lovely fruit and chocolate treats in our room. Thanks for having us.

Lebua Tower Club my choice to stay when in Bangkok

Tower Club at Lebua is my first choice for staying in Bangkok. To me it is my second home. I have stayed here because I find that the staff, from the front desk, concierge, room staff, Tower Club staff, Mezu breakfast area staff and management are extremely welcoming, professional and always willing to acknowledge you as you pass them, plus the staff are efficient and willing to go that second step to look after you. The rooms are large 66sqm, clean and well provided. The front entrance is very well appointed to make you go 'wow' as you step into the lobby. The concierge staff are very proficient and take care of your needs re travel and luggage. I did have one disappointment, when I went up to the Dome, roof bars and restaurants, a tourist attraction. Upon attendance you are taken in tow by an attendant who then directs you to the champagne counter where a glass will set you back 5000baht. I declined and went to the circular bar overlooking the city 68 floors up. I was directed to the drinks menu and the cheapest was a can of coke for 450 baht. I declined and then the male attendant told me that if I didnt buy a drink I had to leave the site. So I did. I find that the staff at the Dome are very pushy and that night were more so. Being a guest made no difference or give me any dispensation whatsoever. Very disappointing. Annoying as it was the rest of the staff at Lebua made up for this their professionalism and friendliness. Yes, I am staying at Lebua next year

初めてのタイでこんなにステキなホテルに宿泊出来て良かったです。深夜便だったので、遅くにチェックインでしかもデポジットが換金前で提示分もないし、日本円も小さい金額を持っていないため、両替も出来ないので焦りましたが、スタッフの方の配慮により端数分を切って提示してくださいました。英語もあまり出来ない中丁寧に説明してくれたので安心して過ごせました！
