I am not happy with my recent stay at this hotel. I have stayed here many times whenever I am visiting Bangkok, and my family the same. But after this trip I will never return.
From 3rd to 8th November, I stayed alone on the 10th floor. The room was spacious, clean, and worth the £30 per night – no complaints at all. However, for my booking from 11th to 15th November, things went downhill. I booked a triple room, but instead of a proper setup, they simply shoved a horrible single bed next to the main bed. The room was on the 5th floor, which is in much worse condition compared to the 10th floor, and they charged me c£50 per night for this downgrade.
When I raised the issue, the customer service staff told me there were no other rooms available. Yet, when I checked online, I could see rooms still listed for booking. This means the staff were not only rude but also dishonest. The bed itself was awful – hard, with springs poking through, making it impossible to sleep.
I even offered to pay the difference to switch to two separate rooms instead of the triple, but the staff rudely refused, saying they could not cancel the current booking.
Overall, this was the worst experience I’ve had at this hotel. Poor customer service, uncomfortable rooms, and misleading practices. I will never stay here again.
