We stayed at this decent hotel and the rooms were fairly spaciousand good. The service was good too. The kids enjoyed playing in the pool. Its a bit away from the tourist attractions though. Hence, we did not get enough time to cover them all in 2 days. But it was a nice quiet location as compared to the other places.
It’s ok hotel but little far from all the attractions market, especially Pratunam market, Staffs were not too friendly but they speak little English enough to understand. Breakfast buffet were served but cost 150 baht per person.
We got the twin room and stayed for three nights. The room is too old! The bathroom doors cracked up, No amenities like face towel, slippers. We asked to change our room second day because the wash basin doesn't flow water continuously; the 2nd room was better. BUT the staffs were very polite specially receptionist named Apple was soo helpful. She helped us in arranging trips, advising us the better options. All our questions were answered in a polite and timely manner. They keep our luggage for more than 8 hours for free after we checkout since our flight was after midnight.
Me with my families with total 2 rooms. The room has no amenities provided(dental kit, slipper) , old furniture with strong painting smell, aircon was spoil however they did fix it. Wifi is extremely poor connection! The room is no door bell so we cannot hear while someone is knocking our door. Unfriendly front desk staff cause they playing game while talking to me. Lastly, won't come back for the second time. However the location is good since it is nearby bts.
We stayed at this place for 5 days. The room, the pool area and just generally the hotel is looking quite tired, worn and run down. Dirty walls needing a fresh coat of paint, broken furniture in the room, the tub had tape on it to fix holes and strange, dirty spots. At one point we had a minor problem and we're told one day that it could be easily fixed, the next day they denied saying that and got quite rude about, they demanded that we say who of the staff members behind the counter had told us they could help - as they don't wear name tags we of course didn't know what to say. Unfortunately they clearly don't care about, or understand, costumer service and the importance of keeping your guests happy. They really ruined our last day in Thailand. So absolutely can't recommend this place.
We had been staying for 5 days in this slightly run down, but decent hotel, when we were to fly back home. Because our flight was late in the evening and my wife is pregnant, we wanted to stay in the room, until then. We were told, that we had to pay for an extra night, which was ok by us. However, then the staff finds out the hotel is fully booked, so we can't stay. We are instead offered to stay next door in a building the hotel also manges, which we agree on. I specifically ask if we can still use the pool, as it is behind a keycard-locked door, and they confirm that, and we pay for the room. Later we change room, have lunch, and then go to use the pool, and now we are told that we cannot use it, due to "hotel policy". The receptionist (not the same woman as previously) basically ignores us after telling us this and when we ask to see the manager, she ignores us also, before she rudely tells us, that no, we cannot use the pool, and that we must have heard wrong or that we are lying!? She refuses to acknowledge us and simply tells us to get lost, as she has other guest waiting! I then ask for my money back, because I have not gotten what we were promised, but she also refuses that also. The manager also refuses to give her name at first, but finally tells us her name is "Ngo", which is probably her thai-nickname. I cannot recommend staying here, as they do not take their guests serious, the manager "Ngo" is incredibly rude and the hotel is old and somewhat run down.
The hotel is a budget hotel. Staff were nice and welcoming. Breakfast boy was good and welcoming when you ask for cooked eggs. Other elements of the breakfast needs improving with bit more variety cereals more hot food items and fruit. It’s pretty basic you find here. Rooms were ok very old need updating bathrooms need a makeover as well looks very old. If you looking for a basic place to sleep and go around in the morning this is the place and concomitant with the BTS service close by. Walking distance to shops and Restaurants
This hotel is DIRTY. The staff is rude and they hung up on me every time i called the front desk! The manager was no help, when i showed her the filthy room pictures she told me that's their standard of cleanness. Even with the address the cab driver couldn't find this hotel Be warned if a hotel doesn't ask for a credit card when you book don't waste your time going there! What a waste of money. The manager told me since we paid them with Visa she couldn't (or wouldn't) do an discount
Pleasantly surprised with everything, rated 3 star but I feel it is better than that. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Price was good we had double adjoining rooms which was very handy. Roof top pool and garden was nice and the hotel was a short trip to everywhere we needed to go. The whole place is a bit dated but was spotlessly clean, we will be back.
Poor staff service. Room is only so-so. Hand soap provided but no soap dish. Also, 2 bath towels provided (= standard) but only 1 place to hang 1 towel. and NO hand towels. Room is big enough, but bed is springy - like from 20+ years ago. Bathroom door is decayed, and not changed. Toilet paper was running out, but housekeeping did not replenish it. Hotel is still under renovation - though a half-hearted effort, from what I see. Also, the fire escape/staircases are not lit - so it's a danger zone in the event of an emergency evacuation. Site says there's a steam room and a fitness centre, and an outdoor pool. Other than the pool, don't see any fitness centre or steam room. Probably still under renovation. But if so, this should be mentioned. This hotel is also NOT friendly to people who are physically handicapped. Only plus points are the fast wifi and the washing machines and dryer within the compound. Luckily only stayed 2 nights. Wouldn't be coming back to this hotel again. There are slightly cheaper or around the same price for better hotels in better locations in Bangkok.
