This place is in a great location, has a decent facade and grand entrance but that's where it ends. Our suite was dirty.. like shower with your shoes on dirty... Cons: Dirty and old Pros: Decent breakfast Location Service from staff Laundry facilities on site

The hotel was strategically located next to Aksra Theatre inside King Power where I took my students for an international dance competition. So location was key. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. My only complaint is the lack of sound insulation. You hear everything in the rooms: the elevator ringing, doors opening and closing, people walking in the corridors, and staff's walkie talkies. That's a bit annoying when you want to sleep.

Not even close to a three star the furniture is out dated no locker in our room which they discovered themselves when we asked them about it bathroom and refrigerator was not clean enough im sure there are much better options available in the same price the person living next door was extremely noisy

The walls were covered in grim, the bathroom towels were threadbare, bathroom is mouldy, unclean, toilets donot always flush, the furniture is falling apart, the bed is a mattress on a box which moves away from the head board,.Its barely a youth hostel facility in a big building. The staff is so very rude I even don't know where to begin. There was never enough food on the breakfast table when more than 15 people are having breakfast. The quality of the breakfast ,abhorrent.Non functional for keys.I could not open door 7 times.Very depressing.Plese donot stay here. A non repentant person booked this for us on behalf of a prestigious institution.I wish I had some thing nice to say .The elevator worked good, the building is painted for a good facade, the train station is near by.

First, the picture you see on their hotel website or any other online agent website is so different from the reality. It looks wow from the outside entrance however the room is dated and dusty. Bathroom is clean however the heater is either too cold or too hot, so we keep switching from hot to cold and cold to hot while having shower, it just can't stay the same temperature. A very simple check in, just give your passport and paid then you get your key. We stay here just for location, bed and bathroom, nothing else. Just a 3 mins walk away from the Victory Monument station. Next to the hotel there's a family mart. Opposite the road have 7 eleven and a small shopping mall Century Movie Plaza. Not recommending to anyone and will not be back again. I got no choice to book here due to the hotel I wanted was fully booked and we are 6 pax getting a family room with 3 queen size bed.

When I booked this hotel, I already had an idea that it was old. But I did not think it would be THAT old and creepy. The furniture in the lobby are worn out and sad. The room itself is horrid. I felt like someone died in there or something. Bathtub is stained, wallpapers are peeling, room furnishings are old, room smell is a combination of smoke and mold. The room rate is pretty cheap, I paid 1,180 baht via I did not expect a luxurious stay but I did not expected it to be that bad. I could have spent my money elsewhere. Staff also are horrible. I had to stand in front of the reception for a good 3-5 minutes to wait for them to finish chatting and finally paid attention. The lady who checked me in never even said hello, she was in a bad mood, just checked me in and asked for my money. That's it. Bad bad service. Heed my warning, bring your money elsewhere. This is a big disappointment and a bad decision on my part. After check in, we went out and stayed out late, then woke up early to check out. Its that bad, we didnt want to stay any longer.

The hotel is located close to shopping and eating areas (family mart is next door too). It's located in an alley but people are always buzzing around. We stayed for 7 days but had to move to another room at the hotel after the first couple of days because the ceiling in our room sprung a leak. Once we notified the staff they were quick to resolve our situation. The hotel offers breakfast which our teens enjoyed. On the downside, the hotel could really use a major renovation. The rooms are old, the furniture is outdated and the curtains, ceilings and bathrooms are worn out. The construction next door was loud at all times of the day and night. The gym was great but the experience could've been better if they offered bottled water while you worked out. We were not able to get a late check out but the hotel allows guests to leave their bags in the lobby until you leave for the airport. If the hotel gets a renovation + a few other tweaks, it could be a serious competition for some other hotels in the area.

- Good Hotel. But, rooms are okay it seems. - Near to Victory Monument and Pheiya Thai Airport Link Station. - Fitness Center is very good. - Swimming Pool on roof top is like baby pool. - Staff is good and courteous.

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for 2 nights, before our flight to Australia. Perfect place right next to multiple shopping malls, street food and markets everywhere. Next to the BTS line so to get anywhere is perfect. Read reviews of furniture is old etc, we didn't mind that. AC was fantastic the best on our trip. Pool area is lovely it's undergoing minor works. More tidying up than anything else. Only fall would be more tables and chairs within the garden area. I would come back here again. Definitely.

I stay at this hotel for the third time. But I will never come back here again!!! Today manager Denny shouted at me, insulted and refused to solve the problem with the idle air conditioner in room 512, saying that this is my problem. When I asked to call the senior manager, he said that he was the most important manager and that I would have to wait until he will wanted to listen me. After this he start ignorence me. I had been in more than 500+ hotels all over the world, but never seen such awful, rough and abusive service!
