A very average hotel in Bangkok, with great and nice staff. For the price you get access to Swimming Pool on the rooftop which is really beautiful and has also a nice view to the city. There is no elevator, mainly used for luggage or cleaning staff. Breakfast is also decent, not too much not to less. Wifi isn’t their strongest point but the rooms are clean. I would still recommend this place.
I am giving them an “average rating “ because at least they helped us change into another room after they tried to put us in a rundown room from 1974. The fridge was also full of old food. The first room was disgusting and looked nothing like the photos online. The pool is also average, they don’t have sun chairs, just mats they throw on the floor. The staff was semi helpful but charged us 500 tb to take a taxi to the dm Airport. The only saving grace about this place is that it’s close to the subway and there’s a 7-11 nearby. Considering the conditions of the room, it is not worth the price. This hotel is in serious need of renovation.
close to BTS and small mall with supermarket, but that is about it. Staff not very friendly or accommodating, and some are just rude. Breakfast very ordinary. No other facilities like snacks or a bar or (we often felt a little unwell after eating there) walls are so thin you can hear every conversation next door, and was woken a number of times by people coming home late and talking loudly in the corridor. Bathrooms small, old and not very clean, with nowhere to hang towels or no vanity to put your toiletries on. Beds are either rock hard or as soft as marshmallow. Dont ask for any extra pillows or towels - not accommodating at all.
We didn’t really know Bangkok when we booked; so we went for a place close to public transportation coming from International airport. We had the “pleasure” to have a completely drunk couple on the same floor (I won’t mention the country of origin). I decided to phone the reception but then realized the phone was dead. Overall walls are paper thin and beds are like wooden planks. The terrace outside the room wasn’t very safe either. Very likely not coming back. Note this is written without actual comparison with other Bangkok accommodation.
We spent four nights in a very mediocre family room. Lots of space and comfortable enough beds but everything was inconvenient- the only place to put a towel in the bathroom was the floor. The “kitchen “ consisted of a separate area with a fridge, a sink which didn’t have water and a very rusty and unusable hot plate. No microwave as advertised. On our return to Bangkok before flying out we were on a different floor which may have been updated a little and the room was better although the only facility was still a kettle. We didn’t try it. In the first room the kettle didn’t work. They did keep our spare luggage while we were away. We tried to book a rice barge tour but they had never heard of this popular attraction so we gave up. The breakfast was ok. The swimming pool was good.
We stayed at this decent hotel and the rooms were fairly spaciousand good. The service was good too. The kids enjoyed playing in the pool. Its a bit away from the tourist attractions though. Hence, we did not get enough time to cover them all in 2 days. But it was a nice quiet location as compared to the other places.
It’s ok hotel but little far from all the attractions market, especially Pratunam market, Staffs were not too friendly but they speak little English enough to understand. Breakfast buffet were served but cost 150 baht per person.
We got the twin room and stayed for three nights. The room is too old! The bathroom doors cracked up, No amenities like face towel, slippers. We asked to change our room second day because the wash basin doesn't flow water continuously; the 2nd room was better. BUT the staffs were very polite specially receptionist named Apple was soo helpful. She helped us in arranging trips, advising us the better options. All our questions were answered in a polite and timely manner. They keep our luggage for more than 8 hours for free after we checkout since our flight was after midnight.
Me with my families with total 2 rooms. The room has no amenities provided(dental kit, slipper) , old furniture with strong painting smell, aircon was spoil however they did fix it. Wifi is extremely poor connection! The room is no door bell so we cannot hear while someone is knocking our door. Unfriendly front desk staff cause they playing game while talking to me. Lastly, won't come back for the second time. However the location is good since it is nearby bts.
We stayed at this place for 5 days. The room, the pool area and just generally the hotel is looking quite tired, worn and run down. Dirty walls needing a fresh coat of paint, broken furniture in the room, the tub had tape on it to fix holes and strange, dirty spots. At one point we had a minor problem and we're told one day that it could be easily fixed, the next day they denied saying that and got quite rude about, they demanded that we say who of the staff members behind the counter had told us they could help - as they don't wear name tags we of course didn't know what to say. Unfortunately they clearly don't care about, or understand, costumer service and the importance of keeping your guests happy. They really ruined our last day in Thailand. So absolutely can't recommend this place.
