I checked at this place sometime after 2 pm. Very nicely located on the main Srinakarin Road with 3 shopping malls just opposite this hotel.I stayed there because it was close to the place I wanted to visit. Reception was good but did not show any welcome or warmth maybe because it was a male elderly receptionist but the rest of the staff was excellent. I had to order lunch and am quite familiar with Thai food but still I asked recommendation from the restaurant staff which I agreed and was one of the best I have ever had. The breakfast was excellent. Mostly local cuisine. The continental part of the breakfast seemed to be a little stale or old. I Stayed there only for one night but even if I have to stay in BKK for more than 1 night II would stay in this place since the comfort is excellent

Have stayed at these serviced apartments for a month. The staff are can't do enough to help you. Our apartment was large and clean with kitchen including washer dryer and full size cooker. There was a reasonable mix of European and Asian breakfast included in the price. I used the pool and small gym regularly - most days I had them to myself. The building is located opposite two huge shopping centres (Secon Shopping Centre and Paradise) - you have to access via bridges over busy main road - which are approx 10 mins walk in either direction from the property. The property is also near The Train & Night market which is on 6pm-1am Thurs-Sun - during this time the area is exceptionally busy and you do experience heavy road noise from the rooms. The property is approx 45 mins by car outside the centre of Bangkok - taxis are readily available outside the property and cost around 250-300 baht (often quicker on toll road which you can pay extra for 50-70 baht). Note if you ask reception to book you a taxi expect to pay a lot more than off the street - I paid 1,500 baht return to Siam Niramit Theater a 16km journey (each way)

Modern hotel opposite two huge malls. Great staff, nothing is too much for them, very helpful and always have a smile and greeting for you. Pool on the 5th floor which is quiet with view. Not an ideal place if you want to visit the city centre, as too far away and traffic is terrible. You need to get a taxi to the sky train and then a long ride in. Doesn't cost much, but can take an hour in total to get there. Mega mall only 15 mins away in a taxi, for $4. 20 mins from the airport.

The room was spacious and clean. The issue I have is that they charged us $1500 baht for the transportation from the airport to the hotel. We traveled in a private taxi from Pattaya to Bangkok for the same amount.

I arrived at vertical suite from Canada. At first I y impressed. Very friendly staff. But upon checking into my suite on the 12th floor I discovered that there's no hot water, no heat and bed was like sleeping on the floor it was so hard. Then after that I went for the included buffet breakfast in the lobby only to find that the food was cold and tasted like it was reheated leftovers from yesterday. But room was lovely and clean but in need of some maintenence.

This was my kind of hotel. Mostly quiet, especially no corridor noise, and a generous sized suite on the 8th floor. The views were nice, though I would have liked to be higher. The included breakfast had a nice variety of foods that tasted great. Skip the tea though - steeped for hours and stewed so long it was almost grey. It's not exactly well located, as far as being near central shopping or entertainment areas, but there is a nearby shopping centre and quite a few eateries. I had Pizza Hut deliver one night and it arrived in about 25mins. That, and reasonable room service, means food-wise you're well covered. The kitchen in the room was spacious and had enough in the way of plates, cutlery, pots, and pans. Tea and coffee packets were provided daily, but if you like either of those beverages regularly you'd do well to take your own. The in-room washer/dryer was great too, and they even provide washing powder sachets along with the daily replenishment of complementary toiletries. There were only a few things of note that could do with improvement. Firstly, the guy at check-in was not as pleasant as most front-desk staff. He did his job but wasn't particularly friendly, though he certainly wasn't unfriendly. In the room, the shower door and bath plug were broken, and the air-con motors on the balcony were a little noisy when they kicked in (about every 10 mins), meaning you couldn't spend any time out there. I got used to it, but that extra quietness would have been great. And lastly, power points were scarce and not well located if, for example, you wanted to use your phone while charging as well as watch TV. But overall this place was great for me and I can certainly recommend it.

Great location. The room was good. We had a router for the Internet in our room. Very close to three malls, within walking distance. They have a 7-11 right beside them. The breakfast was very good. We will stay here again.

We booked an apartment for 5 people . The Apartment is big and well furnished. Having said that it was not clean , especially the bathroom and the living room space. Also we could notice that the apartment needed a good maintenance . We could not close one of the window , one electrical socket was coming out from the wall and the shower was jammed in one position .

I have traveled on business and the branch office is about 5 to 10 minutes away by taxi. I arrived in the evening from the Suwannaphumi Airport. Please take note that a lot of taxi drivers may not know how to read English and it is best that you have a map in Thai or have the phone number of the hotel ready so that they can call for directions. It took about 45 minutes from the airport although it should have been a shorter period as it was rush hour. Check in Check in was fast and quick as they have already prepared all our information in advance. We were provided with another key card upon request. The bell boy helped to carry our luggage upstairs. Room We had a one bedroom suite, which was very spacious. It has a fully functional kitchen (refrigerator, stove, microwave, a toaster, an electric kettle and even an oven!) along with the necessary utensils. There were some bottles of water in the fridge. As we have stayed in similar suites, usually, the kitchen is the least equipped. We were very impressed. The dining and living area was spacious, with seats for 2 people. There was a study desk at the living area, complete with electricity sockets and also USB ports although the USB port was not working when I tried to charge my power bank. The TV had standard channels along with some English and Chinese channels. Be prepared to have some movies dubbed in Thai. The sofa was comfortable just to lie around the whole day. I didn't dare step onto the weighing machine often after some good meals nearby. There is a queen sized bed, with 4 pillows, 2 hard and 2 soft ones. I would say the comfort level is good for a good night's sleep although I had a tough time adjusting to the time zone (KL is an hour late and I woke up much earlier than I'm used to). There is another study table in the bedroom and a TV so if you have different viewing preference, one can stay outside instead. The closet is equipped with an iron, a laundry basket, bath robes and also a hairdryer. Cannot remember if there was a safe as we did not see the need to use one. The bathroom comes with a tub, a shower, sink and toilet. Basic amenities. The only thing I did not like was the shower heads as they were the long type and the sprays were not very efficient. Although there was a sign on the shower door that says 'pull', you had to push instead. There was a little difficulty to close the bathroom door but it did not really bother us that much. Housekeeping is meticulous. By the time I'm back from work, the towels are changed and bed made up. Only thing was that they did not refill the shower gel. Could be we left it in the shower and they did not really notice it. There are 2 air conditioners in the suite, one at the living room and one in the bedroom. This are more of the commercial types so would suggest that you just switch on the air conditioner in the living room if you are not so keen of the cold. Breakfast Each suite comes with breakfast, depending on how many people you have booked for. The variety is quite standard every day, except some occasional changes of the way the cook the meat. There's pork so for Muslims, you may need to take note. The food is quite good. Facilities There is an indoor swimming pool which has a good view. Did not have enough time to enjoy it. Staff The staff are courteous and were helpful when I needed to get a taxi. Also, there was a night it was raining and we needed to go out. They got us some umbrellas. Wifi For some reason, although there is a router in the room, connectivity was horrible. Signal was just good enough to get some messages in and out and not for leisure browsing. Outside the room, everything was ok. Vicinity There are 3 shopping centers just right opposite the hotel and you need to use the pedestrian bridge to get there, which is about 3-5 minutes walk from the hotel at each opposite end. You can get food nearby just with 2-3 minutes walk. Other than that, you have to take a taxi to get around.

The hotel room rate a bit high if consider the location out of Bangkok city center, no BTS station nearby. The room spacious and clean. Bed is comfortable, the rainfall shower water pressure is strong. there is a cloth washer provided. Kitchen with refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave. average WIFI speed. Free car parking on site. Average buffet breakfast provided daily. Big shopping malls and super market are across the street. Staffs are friendly and helpful.
