Old hotel in Suriwong near Patpong night market. Room has nothing except the bed and 2 bottle of water each day. breakfast with poor selection. Well what do you expect with cheap hotel !!! Just sleep and go ...
room size is good for 3 adult. hotel is very close to pat pong night market and nearest sky train is approximate 1 km. very good massage center is in front of hotel and one Indian restaurant cum bar is very close to this hotel. Tuk tuk shuttle is complimentary for nearest spot like sky train station, water front etc.
The room was very well appointed and comfortable. The location of the hotel was excellent and handy to Skytrain station. The service fro when I entered until I left was of the highest quality. The staff all were very helpful and nothing was to much bother to them. The Restaurant was excellent value.
This hotel is looks an old classic luxury hotel. This hotel with a unique architecture it will bring your mind in the Europe Classic Luxury Hotel. Very immaculate and very accessible for the transportation because its close to BTS train station. This are is in Silom area. Many things you can do. Social night life and get fun. The rooms are so very clean and nice. The service are so great. Recommended to all traveler.
Went for a conference with a group of friends. Conference room was like an old ballroom but it worked well. Food was plentiful and tasty. The staff were amazing and would do anything for you. So polite and helpful and never stopped smiling. The hotel itself is a bit olde worlde with wood panelling in the lifts etc. Some of the floors have been refurbished and rooms have electronic luxury toilets. Amazing experience. Will definitely book again next time I go to Bangkok.
We spent 4 days at this hotel which is centrally located in Bangkok. Although it is an older style hotel it is quite charming. The included breakfast was the day's highlight and included a variety of tastes for all. Our room had everything we could want and the staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome.
Lovely old style hotel, nice lobby area and rooms are good for the price. Nice pool and outside bar area. Would stay again no problems. Didnt get to try the restaurants there but they did look nice, maybe next time.
I have stayed 3 days at this hotel. Hotel is pretty much ok, location is good and hotel is well known so it is easy to get good tuc tuc price, station is also close, lots of restorants and the night market. I suggest not to eat or drink in the hotel since it is overpriced compering to others and you will be fined 17% extra in the end. 2 bottles of water are free everyday. Pool works up to 8pm which is annoying since you might want to take a rest in the pool for some time after long walking day. Would i come again? Not sure, maybe. Its just an avarage place
Very inexpensive hotel that was well worth the money. I actually stayed here on three different stops in Bangkok over a few weeks. To be clear I gave it 4 stars but this is not a 4 star hotel. It was however a nice large room that was clean, with a comfortable bed, good wifi, and good bathroom facilities. Although it did not take long to see why it was so inexpensive (lack of amenities) I thought it was really good value. Just temper your expectations to be in line with the cost. I saw some reviewers complain about the smell of smoke in their rooms. I never experienced this. There was no breakfast included but many local quality inexpensive options available within a short walk. As someone interested in food options I thought the location was great. Plenty to do in the evenings. Many quality food sources available. Also plenty of street vendors within 5 minute walk. Skytrain was also a 5 minute walk and gave access to all other area's. The staff was in no way helpful, but they were also in no way rude or discourteous. I'd stay here again.
I stayed 1 week in this hotel, known it is an old one. It was renovate few years ago. The interior you can tell is old style, that has benefit or pretty big size. I like it they use access card to open door and not the old keys. Room is clean and you have everything you need, include a safe. Bathroom water is okay yet hard to turn the right temperature as it goes too hot or cold. Good news is Thailand is hot, so cold water is okay. There is a reasonable size swimming pool which depth to 2M or 2.5M. And a small gym room. Breakfast has some choices, and it is average. The location is perfect, as it is opposite to the famous Patpong market. Walk to MRT or sky train is 5-10 min only.
