Location is great - next to BTS and Airport Link. I wasnt expecting the room to be outdated and old. I will not stay there again!

Been a Customer since Siam City Over 10 + years. All of Hotel staffs very nice

Good hotel, enjoyed the workout room and pool. 1/2 block from Airport train and BTS. All in all, very pleasant experience.

The staff very helpful, courteous and friendly. They made our short stay in Bangkok even more enjoyable with great suggestions and helpful hints. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food that was well prepared. On the main level, the Chinese restaurant, Lin-Fa was excellent.

If they give you the rooms in the remote wings, you really got what you pay for. Tired rooms. Generally far from pratunam market

We stayed with hotel for just 2 nights for vocation with family, the staffs here are all friendly and buffet breakfast looks good. TBS just step away from hotel and it's very convenient to shopping area and market.

My husband and I started our month long honeymoon at this resort. It was a great location for the BTS and the staff was great. They provided bottled waters in the room and at the gym which was nice. We never used the swimming pool since it was raining so can't comment. When booking pay the difference and get the buffet breakfast (which offered a great variety). We didn't and brought it when we were there and the cost was 3-4x the amount more.

Next sky train, BTS and Victory Monument. Nice pool and gym. I did not stay with children but saw them around the hotel. I would think it would be a good place for kids to stay as well.

Best part of hotel were the restaurants, all very good and loved the live band in the bar. Rooms are outdated and can use improvements. Worst issue was trying to get an iron and ironing board, which was a scare resource and ended up ruining my white shirt and pants.

Well, it's a little off the beaten path, but it's an oasis is the hectic world of Bangkok. From my late check in to my early morning departure, the Siam City Hotel provided everything one could want from comfort, food, and beverage to help filling three wonderful days in Bangkok. Convenient to the BTS Skytrain, it was easy to get to or close to all the areas and sights that one could see and do in 3 days. On a US scale, the hotel would rate close to 4 stars.

good hotel in good location. note that if you bring to someone else(?) to your room, they charge additional money....

Nice Resort. Well kept.

Siam City Hotel is an average hotel. My first impressions of the hotel were not too good. When you arrive, the outside of the hotel is beside congested old buildings, an overpass, and telephone lines hanging all around the streets. Once you get in though, the hotel is quite nice. There are marble and granite floors, enjoyable bars with a piano, a spa, and more. The hotel rooms are nothing special as well. The bed is very stiff, rooms are small, furniture is a bit dinged up, and the walls have no insulation. The first night I was there, I could hear someone throwing up. It was horrible. Once that guy left, the stay was more pleasant. We booked a Thai Full Body Massage and it was very good. You will pay more at the hotel, but we found it to be convenient and there was no worry of someone trying to sell us a true "massage". Overall, the hotel is ok. Staff was helpful and friendly. The food was good and it was a place to rest the head. It is also close to the sky train, which is a plus. You will feel safe there, but your first impressions will probably be similar to mine...

This is really a four-star hotel at bargain price. Excellent facilities complete with gourmet restaurants (Thai, Chinese, interanational), spa/massage services, tour arrangements, beautiful rooms and decor througout the hotel, near duty-free shopping. There is a nice pool and fitness center as well. Very nice and sweet staff and servers (are Thai people all so sweet?) I will definitely return for future visits.
