The hotel located near the shopping mall , 50m. from main road. Room is small but clean. They provide TV 32", Hot water, chiller, wifi, swimming pool. But far from Siam Paragon, MBK, JJ market. You must to walk around 1.5 km. to reach Airport link sky train.
When you came with tired condition in the middle of the night, what you espect? You can enjoy the shower, sleep nice and calming your mind. But in the reality what you get? Totally horror!!! Disgusting, full of dust,my holidays atmosphere dissappear with a blink an eye! Unbelievable! This is not hotel!
Location? Bad, it's not near any particular landmark. To start with, I'm in Standard Twin Room. Bathroom? Terrible, wait till you experience the "shower flood" due to poor drainage. Amenities? No toothpaste, no hairdryer, the Electric kettle is disgusting and looked that hasn't been cleaned for years. Buffet? OMG, me and my coworkers almost didn't eat anything but toast with jam due to the terrible food quality. In-room entertainment? Surpriiiiseee, The TV is small & still CRT. The lighting is dark no matter how you setup the light The good thing from this hotel is the rooms are large and spacious, there are even a desk and a chair, thumbs up for that. The bellboy is also nice and helpful. But the rest of that, cough cough, room QUALITY, is pretty terrible. It's an old and slowly run down hotel. For 3 star hotel, better search another one.
You enter a very busy and uncourteous reception where u are told u need to pay TBH 1000/- for damages, something that is not pre informed, then u group to a room with no balcony, view of barren waste land and what looks like years of grime in the toilets The breakfast menu is mediocre and un inspiring as well as repeated almost to the dot every morning. To top it all off, our travel agent got delayed for our pick up and a request to make a call was met with a "No. You go outside and call" Will never stay here again
I stayed in room number 720 for 2 nights .The room and the bathroom was clean, cool air conditioner, cabel TV with international channels, flat tv, the staffs were very friendly and ready to help. The hotel is also close to Foodland which open 24 hours where we can shop or eat.No longer afraid of hunger at night. Things which need to be improved is the quality of the mattress.
Stayed here for the Coldplay concert held at the National Stadium - no regrets. Two km walk from hotel to venue, with supermarket nearby for convenience. Room was hygienic, albeit small in size. But hygiene and pragmatism beats space and dirtiness.
This hotel is not a great one, rooms are toilets are pretty small. the mini restaurant in front of the reception is good for nothing, chef depends on youtube and books to prepare foods. Breakfast is served with minimum varieties only, not many to choose from. NO FREE INTERNET IN ROOMS, you have to go to lobby for internet. rooms looks shabby and very old, their elevators are good. NO LCD TV, NO BALCONY, There is a mall nearby but the location is not good, very far from INDRA square
The location of the hotel is good, there are many near by massage parlours, bike taxi stand, family shops etc. The rooms are good. Breakfast has a large collection of menu. The only issue is small sized lifts. It has 18 floors, each floors has 12-15 rooms but the lift can accommodate only 5-7 people at a time. We stayed at 4th floor, often wait for emply lift for 15-20 minutes!
External appearance and lobby area of hotel is well maintained however the moment we checked in to our room the actual reality of hotel is revealed. The room and toilet was UNHYGIENIC such as (Enclosed pictures) 1.Stagnant dirty water in bathroom. 2.Rotten wooden toilet doors with layer of fungus and algae deposition. 3.Earthworm on bathroom floor that too on a 6th floor room. 4.Dirty/soiled linen (Pillow covers). The room and toilet was POORLY MAINTAINED such as (Enclosed pictures) 1.Paint getting peeled off from walls. 2.Caved in mattress. 3.Extra bed was made up of iron pipe which was not at all cosy or comfortable. 4.Room is cramped with beds, no place to walk. 5.Toilet is very small, difficult to take bath properly. 6.The Air Condition is very noisy and slow in efficient cooling. 7.The shower head was not sprinkling, just the water was oozing out in low pressure and moreover the shower got stuck in one position. Apart from this there was CONDOMS pack in the room, this was an embarrassing situation for me as I was there with family. There was no clear sky view or natural light in the room during day time because the one and only window was facing to a dirty exterior wall. First we were given room in 4th floor, after observing the above pathetic condition of room we complained and got new room on 6th floor but to our surprise this room also had identical terrible situation. This made us to realize that the whole hotel is poorly maintained and unhygienic. Though this was a 3star hotel but the minimum hygiene is not maintained. I and my family were at risk of getting ill in this hotel. Definitely this hotel is terrible and not at all recommended for Family. I made my booking from THOMAS COOK and I didn't understand how such a reputed and renowned travel agency can do business with such a terrible hotel.
I stayed here for two nights with work, the rooms were grim, old and dark. Beds not comfortable no views, breakfast not great no selection, cheap and nasty bread and only fruit is what i can eat. Not great but its cheap. Very close to the river boat which is close to the centre.
