The hotel, their cleanliness, their staff, the breakfast, and their attitude was excellent. However, although this hotel is only 5 or 6 miles from the Grand Palace and all the other tourist attractions we planned, those 6 miles took us 45 minutes to an hour to get to by car. It was insane! If we had to do it all over again, I think we would have stayed closer to the city center. But that's not knocking this hotel - it really was very nice.

It's a beautiful property, just blocks away from the BTS station. The rooms and common areas were in great condition. The main (minor) issue i had was that in trying to be modern, there were some technical issues that came up. The elevator had a key scanner that didn't work very well, and there are about 20 light switches in the room - hard to find which switches control which fixtures.

My family of 5 had 2 suites and we stayed for 5 nights. We enjoyed our stay here because it was quiet and all the staff were very friendly and accommodative. This hotel will be our top choice if we ever come here for holidays again.
