The room was spacious and clean. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The price for the room was reasonable. The WiFi was decent. The hot water was good. There was a small refrigerator in my room. Easy check-in/out. Big C was in walking distance along with 7-11 and local restaurants.

This hotel is 32 floors tall. The swimming pool on the roof is to die for with views of the city in all directions. There are numerous high speed lifts so no waiting around. Parking is easy. Right in the centre of Bangkok, You can’t go wrong.

It was a very nice property, appeared newly built. However we were traveling with kids and the pool was not available for use. They said it was being repaired due to storm damage, but it looked more like it was newly built and they were finalizing it. Signage said it was suppose to open 2 days before our departure, but it never opened. We booked the room with the understanding that there was a pool available. If we would have known the pool was not available, we would have stayed somewhere else.

The staff was amazing. The lroperty is well designed and clean. The one issue was water leakage. I was on the 29th floor and my room had water leaking from the wall. My friends room, down the hall, had water leaking from the AC vent. To their defense, we were hit with a major wind and rain storm while there, which damaged the rooftop pool area. I think the water leak may have been caused by the storm. Staff was quick to respond and clean uo the water. Didn't have any othe rissues. Breakfast was fantastic. The area is close to 2 shopping malls, walking distance. That was convenient because i found some great food and some clothing. The local street shops have a lot to offer at very low prices as well. There is also a 7-11 in front of the hotel, on the road, so that was super convenient. Nice staff in 7-11 as well.

I gave 5 stars because of the price. It’s got a great rooftop pool. Great lounge areas. Very clean gym on the top floor also. Not a legit full service gym. But very clean and nice. The breakfast was very good. The price was amazing to me for under forty usd a night. Very comfy bed. 2 negatives. No control of room temperature. Quite cold. The area is a bit far away from the best areas. Good deal
