An excellent hotel. Loved the outdoor pool and seating area. Nice sized room with a balcony. the promenade is right on the river. Easy access to ICONSIAM and boats ( “bus” boat linking you to the main sights or the Hop on Hop Off). The breakfast was excellent with wonderful Thai dishes as well as European and American dishes. I'd definitely stay here the next time I’m in Bangkok.

Other hotels in Thailand had alternative milk and many healthy flavourful options. This one had no alternative milk and not many healthy options. The room was clean but a little worn. Grout in the bathroom needed redoing and beds weren’t comfortable, they were quite hard.

The room was in excellent condition. The bell was very helpful. The reason for the 3 stars are: 1. The WIFI was not working properly. The speed was either too slow or nonexistent. As a traveler, WIFI is the most important feature. 2. The breakfast buffet was cold and flavorless. A lot of variety, but bland.
