Convenient hotel close to everything ie. Terminal 21, night market, Nana Plaza, 7/11. Etc. Staff was very nice and was helpful with cleaning my room, providing water everyday, lending umbrella when it was raining. Would definitely recommend staying here if youre in Bangkok.

Very satisfied with the Promenade. Bed was comfortable and room was very adequate. Great location near so many stores and restaurants as well the metro. Though I must mention there is a small barrier separating the bathroom from the living room that one be careful to step over. WiFi was very good and it was nice to have a fridge and kettle. Overall great hotel and would definitely stay there again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. There are nice restaurants and convenience stores within short walking distance. I chose the property for its location, and was very satisfied with everything. I would stay there again.

Greatest for its price

About my 8th time staying at The Promenade in the past 2 years. It’s a $45 hotel so don’t expect Sofitel. Don’t expect amenities. But the front desk staff and porters are 24 hours and always extremely friendly and wanting to help. The king beds are wonderful. They service the rooms every day and are very flexible if you want it done later. While the hotel is old, everything is spotless. And location in Soi 8 is right in the middle of walking anywhere and has in my opinion the best selection of street food in Sukhumvit, plus some great bars, restaurants, and coffee shops

Always good to find a swimming pool nestling aloft among the skyscrapers, albeit a fairly small one.The bedroom and bathroom were adequate but slightly outdated.My main criticism is the disconnect between what is being offered on the Expedia website and the reality. No restaurant, no cafe, no laundry etc.A little disappointing and could be easily remedied.Lets have these details updated, please.

I love this place. It might not look fancy or modern at first glance but you can see that management really cares. The rooms are spacious and spotless, the wifi is excellent, the a/c and the refrigerator look brand new, and there is a swimming pool on the rooftop. The staff is great, helpful and kind. I will surely come back.
