Not a 5 star hotel

The room was nowhere close to what the photos looked like online. Even the entrance looks totally different. Furthermore, this showed up as a 5star hotel on my filtered search, that's the biggest scam. It was no more than a 3 star hotel. This needs to be updated immediately so other customers are not cheated out of their money.

Sadly, I booked because it showed it had swimming pool, but the pool area was surrounded by trees which had leaves dropping constantly onto your body when sunbathing and the pool was full of leaves. So not ideal

Dirty room, especially the bathroom. There were detergent remains near the washbasin, the tap was not clean. Warm water was not in good condition. It made only very hot water or not hot at all. Air conditioner was in bad condition (too warm at day time even set to 18°C and water keeps dropping from the indoor unit).

Great hotel, bit of a walk.

The hotel is very nice but it is a bit of a walk from the nearest station. Not much in the way of shops etc around either, although a couple of family mart's nearby. That said, I did enjoy my stay here I found the young lady on reception to be very welcoming and helpful and generally speaking the staff were all very good. The room itself was comfortable, clean and I thought, very good value, it even has a little kitchenette (although no microwave). If you have no issues with the walk to the station, I would recommend this hotel, also when you do get to the station (Ramkhamhaeng), it is very well situated with regards to linking up with the rest of Bangkok.

Good value for money

Great hotel for what you pay (£10/night for 2 people). Daily housekeeping and new toiletries. Location is ok - would strongly recommend using the fab train system and there is a train station roughly 10min walk away. Reception seem very confused regarding taxi bookings - 2 out of 2 didn't show and reception had no recollection of us booking . . . My advice is get one down the street or just ask when you need one there and then. Staff are lovely especially the young girls. One member of staff rolled her eyes at me when I asked for an additional wifi code as I have two devices which I found annoying but that was just one hitch. FamilyMart is 2 min walk as well for basics. We would stay here again especially considering the price.

FOR WHAT I PAID IT WAS GOOD VALUE. APPROX 400 BAHT PER/NIGHT CLOSE TO EVERYWHERE I NEEDED TO GO VIA TAXI. RESTAURANT WAS AVAILABLE FOR CHINESE BUS TOURISTS BUT COULD OF PURCHASED FOOD IF PERSISTED. WAS CLOSE TO SOME GOOD LITTLE THAI FOOD SHOPS HOWEVER SO SUITED ME FINE. OVERALL I WAS HAPPY WITH THIS HOTEL, HAD MY THAI WIFE WITH ME ALSO HELPED WITH ANY TYPE OF LANGUAGE BARRIER. THEY COULD SPEAK A LITTLE ENGLISH ASWELL.

Generally nice hotel for the price...

The staff members are generally friendly and helpful ... but many are struggling with simple English... But everyone seems to be even worse including some bank managers that I had to deal with. I needed to supplement my simple words with a drawing, gestures and translator app .. also counter check in google map direction they provided. I got lost because of the direction which was given to me by staff. I only tried the in-house restaurant once... a disappointing cold breakfast turned me off ... everything was in a food warmer but they weren't heated. The daily 2 bottles of drinking water were delivered in old Changs 500mls glass bottles. One of them fell off the bench, broke and cost me Bt50. I could not see any of this 500mls Changs bottles at any store including the big supermarket. A plastic bottle with mineral water is being sold for only Bt14 - 20. There s facility for a kitchenette but no plates no bowls, spoon, forks. The internet is slow at the 4th floor. The instruction to link to the network was printed in font 4 and vague.

Hotel is far away from public transportation.

It's quite far away from public BTS or MRT. If you want to go anywhere , you need to take taxi first. But overall the room was clean and nice.
