Excellent location. Great staff and facilities. Good value.

Apart from being extremely exquisite, the hotel staff are so amazing, friendly and happy to assist anytime! They give the hotel the best calibre of work and keep its name to a high standard. The place was always clean and luxurious. Would recommend 100% to all my travelers !!! Easy and convenient and close proximity to everything you need in bangkok.

This hotel was amazing, very clean, great staff and good location.

nice hotel close to nana street, however, i requested for free upgrade or at least complimentary breakfast but i did not get either..

Very good restaurant on 31st floor but expensive for Thailand

This hotel is in the heart of Bangkok but there prices are more expensive then the USA 4.00 for one can of coke but you walk 1 min down the street it is .25 they have security st the front but they don’t do anything there are working girls sitting at the restaurant harrasing you every time you walk out side plus the restaurant staff is very slow and it takes forever to get your food I don’t recommend this hotel I stayed here 10 years ago and it was great now it is one of the worst in Bangkok

Great food, clean rooms and good hot shower, friendly accommodating staff. The spa is wonderful if you want a relaxing massage. Clean comfortable bed. The only negative is the pool is a little run down and the outside hot tube was not hot , did not seem to work. I would diffidently go back, I liked the warm weather.

I've stayed at the Landmark quite a few times and I've always had great luck with the whole experience of staying here. Staff and hotel are excellent and the food is great as well. This stay though, I did have an issue with the TV media device they use, 3 days in a row. They fixed it each time, but was just a little annoying to have them come in to fix it each time. Other than that, it was a great stay.

nice clean hotel near Nana street, room conditions is good. rooms also clean. staff are helpful. there is only one thing i don't like about this property is bathroom layout... the toilet is small and hotel management should change the bathroom door and put lock, for more conveyance

I requested free upgrade to next room category and staff provided me with a small room and refused to upgrade the room. I requested free BRK but not provided.

Good location close to shops and nana station. Checking was fastbandbefficoent. Room.was spacious and Lloyd equipped with excellent bathroom. Good pool and excellent gym.facilities. the is an older hotel but been recently renovated and we'll. Maintained. Recommend it.

I love this hotel. Staff are friendly, and helpful. The location is perfect, close to everywhere with quick access to the sky train. Lots of things to do and see in the area. I have stayed in this hotel twice in the last 6 months. I simply love it.

Had a good room with all nesseccry amenities. It was clean and comfortable . Resturant on the 31 floor has a wonderful view . Food is overrated for the price .

The hotel is well located with easy access to the Skytrain, taxis and nearby shops. The hotel's restaurants are top quality and offer a variety of food to suit all tastes. The housekeeping of the rooms is to a high standard. The hotel offers a full range of services and staff are very friendly, helpful and eager to assist.

This hotel has bed bugs. Stay away. The location and service would be nice, but bed bugs are an utter letdown at a five star establishment.

My wife and I stayed at the Landmark for the Bangkok leg of our trip. It is a first class facility with a doting staff that greet you with smiles. They were attentive to our needs throughout. Our room was attractive and spacious with a nice skyline view. While breakfast was not included in our package, we ate at a coffee shop a half block away. You're about a block from the BTS sky train station which gives access to much of the downtown area of interest to tourists.

Staff generally unfriendly with the exception of the concierge. We had argument over hotel bill and mgmt took the side of the employees rather than me the paying guest. They charged me for a long distance phone call that was clearly a collect call and refused to reverse charges. We asked to stay an additional night and they wanted us to pay triple the rate we paid thru [...]- we finally got them down to just double the rate but seems very unfair to a current guest of the hotel. Location in a seedy part of town- drug traffic'rs and sex trade was everywhere. Food in the overpriced (more than $20 US each) breakfast buffet was marginal at best. Hotel needs a facelift- dirty, stained carpets abound, beds are small and uncomfortable

good front desk service, good bellhop, very comfortable rooms, restaurants are very pricey but very nice but many better values on the streets nearby. good location to Skytrain, taxis always available.

good service, good rooms, very expensive restaurants and in room internet service. Well located. lots to do and see in the area, with good restaurant choices and access to skytrain

We needed a place to stay overnight between flights, so we booked an overnight at the Landmark. The room was great...clean, well kept, and very comfortable. There were a couple of problems we had...one was finding a way to the hotel from the airport (though that might have just been inexperience on our part of cultural). Still, it cost us $40 each way to get to and from the airport. I guess that's not bad if you plan on staying a while, but for a one night stopover between flights, it was a bit high.
