Great hotel, with easy access to anything. I stayed here twice on this trip. First stay was on nana plaza side… very loud till 3am so don’t pick this side unless you plan on being up…. Second stay was on the opposite side. Amazing room and nice and quiet. Staff was great, very helpful. I’d definitely stay here again

Great hotel, very kind and friendly staff, you feel very welcome and supported. However I had a premium club room and I needed to work every morning and the internet was terrible, I had to use hotspot, the tv was very old style, not what I would expect for a 5 star hotel and there was no sofa. I had friends staying in 'normal' rooms and they had better facilities.

Room was very clean and staff were amazing and very helpful. I would have appreciated an easy chair in the room. Only chair was an office chair at a desk which I didn’t find very useful. With that said I would stay there again due to the location.
