Very big room and roof top pool Good buffet breakfast

Great value and good location for a short trip to Bangkok easy to reach by skytrain :-)

I didn't expect much from the hotel being a 3-star. However, workers in the tourism industry should've been able to speak English. Overall, it's okay to a traveler who's not so picky and patient. Besides, the location counts as a positive for its closeness to the train station.

I wanted to like this place. It is very close to Chong Nonsi BTS stop. But the room had just too many problems. I could not wait to get away. There are no English channels on the TV. The internet was down more than up. The massive shower door would not close. The rain shower would not work. Two of 4 bathroom lights were missing. There were two safes in the room. NONE worked. The tall bathroom door scrapped the ceiling making it difficult to even close. The balcony door was sealed shut so could not be used. On the good side- The staff was kind. The breakfast was fine. The bed was good.

Good location near BTS but a room is so so but it's clean.

good location nice stuff good breakfast my friends and i feel comfortable

The location of the hotel is good. The BTS (S3 station) is right across the street. However, the service is bad. The first day they gorget to put the bath floor mat in the room. The second day they forget to put the bathform, shampoo, and hand towel in the room. The room service bring those stuff about four hours after my request call. Worst of all, the day-shift staff of the front counter is rude and unwillingly to help.

If you just need a comfortable, good size room at a central location, this is the place.

I was put in a room on the second floor...the room faces a restaurant/bar and a narrow street with parked taxis (the taxi drivers would try to sell everyone everything...taxi rides...massage services. and more)...if you open the curtain in my room all these street people would see everything in my room...the street was extremely noisy all night long.. drunken bagpackers who would cry out a lot of words with umlaut, local peoople trying to sell all kinds of things, motor cycles racing through, cars....it was a nightmare which I did not need to fall into sleep to get...I would avoid this hotel at any costs the room appears to be clean at first...then I found on my bath towel (there was stuff that look like blood stains)...the drainage system probably did not work prorperly, so there was a strong foul oder coming from the toilet area of the bathroom.....they have one of those modern Asian AC units with a remote...at first, I thought that was a good sign...but it turned out the AC was extremely noisy, comparable to the noise level of those old window AC units found in a cheap, old and smelly motel by the highway in a poopr US state... they have two bath robes in my room..but the bathrobes had a very strong-weird smell (it was explained to me that the previous guests ordered the roomservice of "aroma body massage" offered by the massage parlor located on the first floor of the hotel"...so I guess by wearing the robe (either one of the two in my room), you would get some of that "nice" aroma from the previous guests and these nice massage ladies who look to be in their 60's

Completely satisfied with this hotel. Food is great.

Located just around the corner from the BTS (skytrain) entrance. Comp breakfast was great as it had a mixture of American and Thai/asian dishes and you can choose to eat indoors or outdoors by the manmade full wall waterfall. Rooms were clean and comfortable, although the room lighting was a little dim in the evening. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room electricity only works with keycard in slot, so no air conditioning/lights are on when you leave the room. But the room cools quickly. It's a great way to help keep energy use down. Also on premises is a restaurant, bar, massage and spa and swimming pool. Free wired internet is available in the rooms and free internet kiosks in the lobby.

the hotel is conveniently located next to the subway station. most of the staff were extremely friendly. breakfast buffet was a part of their service. rooms were average and shower was very dirty w/mold.

nothing extraordinary other than what you'd get/expect from a 3-star hotel.
